I placed an order for 3 necklaces and essential oils on October 31st 2015. The order form stated that the product will be shipped with 48 hours.
On November 14th, I sent them an e mail inquiring about my shipment. On November 17th, I was told by Sara Nightingale that my order would be in my hands within 30 days of my initial order.
It is now December 15th and I still do not have my order. Yet they ran and took my money on October 31st. I checked their website again this morning and they are still saying 48 hour shipping and guaranteed delivery by Christmas. How are they going to have shipping by Christmas if I can't get product from an October order?
I'm tired of being jacked around by this company and their shoddy ethics. They need to either provide the products I ordered or issue a complete refund with interest.
I ordered 2 aroma diffuser necklaces from Peloha essentials. I fell for the ,"free, just pay shipping". I ordered off my credit card, not paypal. Big mistake. I only received 1 necklace even though the invoice clearly says "2". I have sent several e-mails , called 8 times and left messages and messaged them on Facebook. All I get in response is an automated message saying my order was shipped and recieved. They will not acknowledge me or the missing product dispite numerous attempts. They have stolen my money.

I have ordered the necklaces twice and received them both times right away. I also ordered oils and love them. My favorite is Sleep.
