I just got off the phone with "Jason" at Somnapure. I agreed to pay for the shipping and handling ($2.95) for a sample of Somnapure as hopefully a cure for my restlessness when sleeping. I tried it for a two weeks, and did it did not work. I did not think of it any more.

Four months later, I figured out they were sending me additional pills! Really? How did that get authorized? I called Somnapure in the middle of September and told this story. I was told the only month they can refund is September? And then he said, "Take two pills, that is the correct dose. Then if it does not work, call back by October 10 and I will give you a full refund."

Well, here it is October 7 and I called back. Now "Jason" is saying something about a 60% refund. What? "No, no," I said the previous young man told me I could get a FULL refund. I was on the phone for 42 minutes. He talked and talked. I am sure those customer representatives have a script they are required to go through. I am to send back (at my cost) the remaining pills and I am to get a FULL refund. We shall see.

I am going to call VISA and see what they say about this. I am going to see if there is some restitution I can get through them. Again... How did this happen to me?

Tillman Burcham, tillmancb35Ayahoo.com there was not one word mentioned about sending more of their product but they did anyway and billed my debit card for more then $35.00 I returned the products unopened, taped a note on outside of the package asking for a refund but as of this date have not so much as heard from. Sincerely, Tillman

You pay a shipping fee for us to send you a 14-day trial supply. We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders places Friday-through Monday will be shipped the following Monday). We allow up to 4 days for you to receive the supply. Thus, in order for you to have 14 days to try the product, we consider the end date of your trial period to be 18 days after you place your order."

I placed my order on Thursday, September 3rd. I received it on Wednesday, September 9. I was billed and shipped a subsequent bottle on Monday, September 21 -- exactly 11 days after I received my "14-day supply."

I was told I could return that bottle, but would have to pay the cost of it being shipped to me, as well as the cost of return shipping.

The words "Try a free 2week sample" are totally misleading and deceptive!

I ordered a product SOMNAPURE for a temporary sleep problem and only was to pay $5 for shipping with my credit card. The company puts you on a list to be charged for future products -which you are unaware of-and charges you for. I have reported this scam to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION ad will also with CC company
