Have called friends and family telling them i am going to be served with a summons for something i didnt even do, supposedly 8 years ago. I spoke with a "rep" who convinced me i was in the wrong and would incur much more in penalties if i didnt settle ASAP.
When i asked questions the person i spoke with was rude and combative. Number blocked!

This number has called me and my family leaving threatening voicemails regarding God knows what. The caller does not state the company he works for.
Just says someone will be at my home with legal documents and Good Luck. I have blocked their number and reported the number/caller to FTC.
