PCH Auto Sales Reviews

Purchased a 2006 Nissan, Sentra from PCH Auto Sales. This dealership is located near my residence, and I thought it would be good to support a neighborhood business.

After completing extensive financing paperwork, an employee drove the car to the door of the sales office, and turned it off. As I approached the car, the salesperson started the car up for me. The vehicle did not start on the first, nor second turn.

Visibly appalled and upset, I was assured, in writing, that the vehicle would be inspected the following day, and any necessary repairs made.

Within the next 48 hours, I discovered additional major problems with the car, made a list, and returned to the dealer. They again assured me that repairs would be made as follows:

Brakes replaced

Check engine, as car did not start up properly and the engine light came on

Repair air conditioner. No air was coming through the vents

Fix CD changer. CD's could not be ejected

Replace missing mirror panel

Car vibrates when standing still in drive

On March 16th, the car was taken for repairs. The brakes were repaired effectively. The remaining repairs I returned the car for, as they were not done right.

Repair visit #2. The air conditioner was repaired properly, the missing panel replaced.

The vehicle still does not start properly. The check engine light still comes on. The vehicle still vibrates at a stop. The CD changer remains inoperable.

When I brought this to the attention of 'Mike' , the salesperson on duty, I was rudely informed that "it worked when they started it up" and "they are not in the car audio business".

Need assistance in getting this made right. Hopefully, my experience helps the next person searching for a used car.

My wife purchased a Ford Expedition from here. They sold her this vehicle with the brakes metal on metal and with bad tires. My family was driving around in a vehicle unsafe for driving. I had to spend over $1000.00 for brand new tires and brakes. They also sold her a vehicle without a visor side driver that they were supposed to attach back on but this also never happened which makes it very dangerous when driving in sunny conditions. The Sensor for the Anti-Lock Brakes kept going off and this was going on when we first purchased the vehicle and they were supposed to fix that and they actually had the car for a week supposedly to fix it and I've called to let them know about this and they claim that they have no record of having the car for a week. Conveniantly nobody supposedly works there that was there when they sold us the car. The power on the driver side window is clearly going out And because of these issues it makes me wonder what is really going on under the hood. I have called them via phone and have spoke with Brian a few times who wanted me to send documentaion on the work that has been done supposedly to have the owner take a look and I did that but have not received no call back. I also have spend over $600.00 to for a new water pump which they said has been leaking and AC. The mechanic stated that the engine is loud and should be nice & quiet. I have to add additives with oil changes to quiet it down some. I still have to figure out whats going on with that. Since these repairs the ABS sensor stopped going off. I have spent almost $2000.00 for repairs that they should have fixed before selling us the car. They are shady, unprofessional, and do bad business.
