I thought I had hired them to resolve some payday loans that I had only to be scammed by them. They told me that would have all the payday loan companies cease their communication with me. That was a lie because the companies still contacted me not knowing that they had been hired by me. I called them & emailed them to let them know this was not working after I got tired of the payday loan companies calling me. After 3 months of them debiting my bank account every 2 weeks I called it quits with them. They didn't make the 1st payment to the payday loan companies & I asked for my money to be refunded. I have called & emailed them & they never answer the phone & when they do decide to call or email back its always from different numbers that I do not know. Now after about 2 months of trying to get my money back they left me a message stating that they were not in titled to refund me any money. So with that being said I am going to talk to an attorney to see if I can sue them & hopefully put them out of business. Stay away from this company because they are a bunch of lying scam artist.

Fraudulent company

This company has scammed me over $1200. They do not work on your debts only collect money from you. Their business with the escrow company holding the funds ending, thus ending our contract / program I was in. They still refused to refund money that was taken into this program and have failed to provide the service they promised.

They are based in Florida and I'm currently looking into how best to take them to small claims. However I am certain they have committed fraud / breach of contract to many more aside from me. I'd be interested in pursuing class action lawsuits against them. If others have been injured by them or a lawyer in Florida interested in assisting please contact me via reply to this.

I received an e-mail from Bradley Jackson claiming to work for Esper law firm. This email had all my personal information including my employer. This email stated that I owed a payday loan to quick payday and I was being sued for not paying. He said they attempted to call, email and come to my house. I have applied for CashNetUsa and was approved but never accepted the loan. I called CashNetUsa and they said I was approved but there was no open loans at the time. I’ve checked credit karma and equalfax, there was no open loans. There was no phone number attached in the email nor was there an address for law firm. After investigating some more, Bradley Jackson was not listed on the firm.

Payday loan resolution is a bigger scam than the payday loan companies themselves. The company claims that they negotiate with these companies until they are resolved. This is a lie. When they get a finance company that will not accept there offer Payday loan resolution will come up with an excuse that clearly is told to you in the beginning. The excuse they will use is that being you made no attempt to pay a first payment to the payday loan company then that disqualifies that company from the program. And granted these reasons are the same circumstances as the other loans that they have and are supposed to currently negotiating.. Dont waste your money with Payday Loan Resolution because you will sorry...

I hired this company to get me out of 2 Payday loans. I made 3 payments and asked for my last payment to be postponed 6 days. I was refused and treated horribly by customer service. I closed my account and asked for my money back they refused. So im out 430.00 as they did not do their job I still received calls from the payday companies and a payment was taken from my account. They refused to help me. Do not get caught up in these scams. They are not out to help you.

I heard about PayDay Support Center on the V103 radio back in August in 2013. They mentioned that if you had 3 or more PayDay Loans to contact them at 1-800-920-4631. That they would work with the Payday Loans companies you signed up with and get loaned amount reduce. You would pay them a certain amount of money a month and a percentage of this money would go toward the loan amount of the Pay loans that I owed. I believed because they sent me paperwork. I had a bank draft setup twice a month . I was able to talk with on the phone at any time. TAfter about 8months, hey sent me an email and paperwork, stating I had paid off the monthly payments. They had a letter template to the pay day loan companys, stating that they were not suppose to contact me, but contact them instead.

There was another template letter that stated, the loan amount was paid off and the payday loan company should contact them. The payday loan companies, that I owed, stated that they never recevied any money from this company.

Also, the Pay day company that owed, never wanted to contact the PayDay Loan Center, to see what they were talking about.

To this day, the Pay Day Loan companies are still saying I owe them.

I can't believe I fell for this. I really thought the PayLoan Suuport Center was a legitimate business, because it was advertiserd onthe V103 radio station.

The last time I called them was back in 2014. I tried contacting them today. The phone numbers are not being used the Payday Suuport center.
