On July this year I ordered a Catfish pool vaccum to Pool World, I received it from Leisure Time who charged me $89.99. I followed instructions but when I tried to use the device it did not absorbed anything it just dissipated the debris and when I oppened the little bag it was twisted without any debris. I follow the instructions which stated "Send this to the mannufacturer not to the vendor"
I called Ms Pusccino the manager and she promised to send me a brand new unit so I sent the one I had but when I received the package it was the same unit it seems that they did not even got iot out of the box. I am asking for a refund but Ms pusccino denies a refund because they are the mannufactureres.
I am very angry because no one there is responding accordingly to what any mannufacturer or vendor suppose to do. The Catfish does not work how van they take your money for such piece of garbish?
