I'm writing to warn anyone that is looking to move into this house the women is a real rip off so is her agent she has to put up her home I filled out all the papers her agent gave us to fill out for the house paid the 35 dollars for the papers and it asked did we have pets the paper did not say no pets I filled out yes I had pets also wrote my pets are house broken a day later the agent called me said we were exempted to move in the house we called the land lord she met us we paid 1800 rent and 1800 also security deposit after we paid I asked for 6 month lease and my recites and my led paint papers she said she will have to copy them and bring them back to me when she seen me well the same night me
and my family was finally bringing everything in the house all the way from Aberdeen and we sat to eat 10 at night and we seen someone looking in the window we went out side and was her and her contractor she said she said was looking for the lawn mower and she said you no the house says no pets I said no it doesn't say no pets I even filled out saying I had pets and she got really mean to me I told her it is on the paper that I filled out for the house and she said she didn't look at it and her agent said he didn't look at it all he looked at was our credit score that's it the paper never said no pets so that was there fault so she said we had to move or get rid of our dogs
I said I'll just move I me er would of agreed to pay so much a month for that house if it was no pets I never would of even looked to get the house if it was no pets well she didn't want to give me my 1800 security deposit back I had to call the Baltimore county housing attority to come in with me or I would of not got nothing back and I didn't do nothing wrong in the house I did paint the living room and she charged me 300 dollars just for the paint and I thought once you rent a home you can paint just as long as you don't put no holes or anything and I didn't and she also charged me 75 dollars a day I was there and I forgot to mention this bge was there the day we moved in turning off gas because there was a gas leak
so I didn't even have gas there those 3 days I had to pay for uhaul trucks all over again back and forth to Aberdeen from halthorpe all over again also I had to pay for people to help us move I told her my dogs left my husband or family no when I was having a seizure I have seizures and the dogs will bark to let people no I'm in a seizure she said that's not her fault I have pictures of the place that was dirty and also a lot of things were broken bge moved out the stove to turn off the gas and there was mouse bones and mouse droppings behind it she didn't even care she is a very ignorant women she doesn't even have the house for rent its for sale but she still rents it out so she don't have to pay renters tax she does not no how to respect people she acts like she is better then everyone please be careful if anyone is interested in that house its not worth the stress and pain she just tries to get what ever money she can from anyone
