I had to goon the Internet to even find a number to call to cancel the order. The customer service rep, Atlay was extremely confrontational, stating it was my fault for not reading the fine print. When I told him I would contact the Better Business Bureau, he said their ad was endorsed by them. He did end up canceling my order after a lengthy conversation and he gave me a 75% discount. Big deal since I didn't intend to order this. I informed Atley about the mtie comaints posted about their shady practice and he stated he didn't believe it! They are obviously a rip off as they only put a PO Box as their address and no phone #

I too was ripped-off from Paristian Glow.

Paid 4.95 for "FREE" trial of anti aging cream. I could not find anywhere that said it was a 14 day trial and I would be charged 89.95 for product after trial period. Tried to send product back. They said it was too late and would not defund the amount. But the CSR did say she would 35 % return a portion of the amount and follow up with an email:

Ordered $5, Parisian Glow samples, advertised on Facebook. Read nothing about future automatic payments, but a friend informed me, that was the case. I emailed the company asserting my desire to cancel, if that were true. The company charged me anyway, $85 for eye cream, alone. I hadn't yet received the product, or any notice that I would. I called the company, I was lied to about where it was explicitly stated on sample product bottle. They refused to remove the charge. My bank took over and said the charge would be reversed. I didn't get the chance to determine if the product was any good. I will not ever, do business with this company.

I order a product on the internet for facial care, ( Parisian Glow )and now I'm being charged for a e mag , for $19.93, which I haven't not received at all, they have got us now for 59.79. we are disputing with our credit card and we have had to cancel the card out . We have called these people and just a run around and sent from person to person A bunch of different phone numbers. and claim that they can no t refund at all. Also can only pull up Parisian glow , but not the e mag company. I went back on Parisian Glow site and there is no place or no mention of this. that we would be purchasing a e mag.

Called bank and they gave me a new number. Called and spoke to Brian, very Rude. Said I did not cancel in 14 days and all sales are final. Nothing in trial about 14 days. Asked to speak to supervisor, still waiting to hear. This is a total complete scam and I just want my money back.

On 3/3 I made an internet transaction to receive a sample ad Parisian flop face cream. I looked for and did not see anything about a trial period so I submit my order. Received two samples on 3.6 with a charge of $11.99. On 3/18 my bank was charged $89.92 and $84.92 on 3/20. I did order or receive any more products. I could not get through the phone # on the email confirmation so I called the bank and they gave me 1.888.727.1575. I got through and spoke to Brian who was very rude. Told me I did not read all the rules. He said he would cancel me. When I asked about a refund for the other charges he said all sales are FINAL. I said I hadn't received anything. He offered me a discount . I asked to speak to a manager and he said they would tell me the same thing . He transferred the call and I was put in the queue and had to leave a message. Still no call back and no replies to my emails

Ordered a free trial sample on 2/28/17 for shipping of 4.99. Both skin cream and eye serum. Arrived in one small box. With no paperwork! No invoice with company information or instructions. On 3/1/17 they charged my card a second 4.97 ship chg. AND $89.92 and $84.95 as a recurring order. Called the company on 3/20/17 and they refused to refund. They said I had to cancel within 15 days after ordering.- didn't even get it for a week! I did not receive a second package - only the "free" trial - even though it has been 20 days since they charged my account for a full price order plus shipping! I never would have reordered! Not a good product! If it was they would not have to scam folks like this to make a sale. I was able to get a cancellation number so orders should be stopped but I want my refund so have called my credit card company who was already familiar with Parisian Glow! They have had other complaints. So has the BBB in St. Petersburg FL. Don't let unethical companies like this continue to operate. Complain loud and clear until it is settled!

I signed out for free trial for these skin products but later was charged for a monthly subscription. I called and was advised that there is no money back guarantee even after I reported that I broke out after initially using it. She advised me to bring the product to my doctor and have it tested because it's made of natural products. My respond is I break out eating blue crabs and it's a directly natural product of the earth. She eventually offered me a 35% refund and stopped and remove me from the monthly subscription after I stated that this is absolute consumer fraudulent practice and will be reported to the National consumer protection agency.

I signed for their free trial which stated that I will be charged only for shipping & handling for the 2 products. I was charged with monthly charged and was advised that I signed in for a monthly supply which I did not. I was also advised that there is no money back guarantee with these products after I told the agent on the phone that I broke out and took Benadryl .

She advised me to see my doctor and have the product tested to get a refund because the product is made of natural ingredients which my respond to her is I break out when I eat blue crabs and this is a natural food which means every individual is unique and even if a product is directly extracted from the earth grounds it can still have adverse effect to a person. I also added if they insist on refusing to refund me that this is a case that will be reported to the National consumer protection. She offered me a 35% refund and removed me from the monthly subscription of the product.

I fell for the internet hype on this product. I signed up for the "free" trial offer, only paying for shipping. I even called to verify the information in the online ad. At no time was I told it was a 14 day trial, after which I would be charged $84.95 for the eye cream and $89.92 for the skin cream!

After calling (844) 207-3915 and talking to Gary in "customer service" for nearly 1/2 hour, he "talked to his supervisor" and got a full refund approved. Then I discovered the second charge ($89.92) on my credit card. I promptly called back and talked with Kierra.

She said she saw the record of my call, but there was no mention of a refund being processed and that "per the terms of the agreement, I was not due any refund!" I informed her that Gary had gotten a refund approved and I had the call recorded to prove it! After putting me on hold for a few minutes, she came back saying that I would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

I purchased the "trial" product and was charged, never received it. Then was charged for another order, around 89.99$ and again never received. I called after finding charge on card. I was literally told too bad that post office says I received. When I persisted he said he refund 50 percent of second order and that is all they would do. Bottom line Parisian glow made roughly50 dollars off of me.

I agreeded to a free trial of Parisian Glow face cream. All I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping. When I got the face cream I also got eye serum and they charged me $19.95. I told them I did not order this and I did not want it but they said the $19.95 was for an eMag. They would not give me the $ back and they gave my bank an incorrect phone # so the bank could call them to dispute the charge.

Never give Parisian Glow your CC because they keep charging for products that do not exist.

I purchased a face cream and eye serum from a Facebook ad for Parisian Glow. The charges totaled $11.95. I did not sign up for an auto shipment program. I was charged the $11.95 in three diffrent amounts on my credit card. One for the serum, moisturizer and separately for the $1.99 shipping. About 14 days later, there were two additional charges on my credit card from two of the companies that I purchased these Parisian Glow items from. Each of the charges was close to $90. I tried to contact both of the 800 numbers listed on the credit card statement. None of them are in working order. I looked on Facebook and this is happening to many others. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company but have not been advised yet if the charges are going to be removed. There is nothing on the internet to suggest who owns this company. This appears to be a scam for the company to use your credit card info to charge you for additional products that they never send. I would urge Facebook to not allow this company to advertise and for their sites to be shutdown on-line.

I purchased the "trial" product and paid about $5 dollars for it, it asked if I wanted to try another product and I said ok for that one as well. Well, I guess that I didn't read the fine print and was charged about $90.00 for the product. I called to cancel it and they gave me a hard time. I contacted my bank fraud division who did a three way call with them and the best they had to offer was 50% discount. I am really upset about this and am angry about being ripped off. I could have disputed it with my credit card company but they advised me to take the 50% discount as if they disputed it I may be forced to pay the entire amount. Please get the word out there to not buy anything with a trial offer.
