Same experience as above. Placed an online order and paid using credit card in August 2019. Received confirmation of order by email. Weeks later after not receiving my order I checked the status of it and it had not even shipped a month after I ordered it. It said it is still being processed and now that same page no longer exists - I get a 404 error. Have sent several emails but have not received a response.
Tried calling and could only hear a pre-recorded message - no option to talk to a human.
