I bought an engine for my 2009 Chrysler Sebring from this company with a 90 day warranty. After my mechanic installed the engine, we found out that it had a cracked head. I called the company to get another engine or get my money returned and was told I had to wait 3 weeks until the owner returned from vacation.
When the owner returned, they refused to answer my call for another 2 weeks. I used an unknown phone number to call them and they finally answered telling me that they would bring me another engine. The second engine they brought had visible damage on the exterior and it is the worng year and will not fit into my car.
I just want my money back or a working engine. They refuse to do either and now I am taking them to small claims court. These people are scam artists and need to lose their business lic.
