I've been trying to pay off my account. They pursued to sue me. I've been paying for almost a year no problem. Up until 2 months ago I started having problems with them. I called to make a payment and they said it went through. I go to call next month and they said my previous months payment was never received so they wanted me to pay the last months payment along with that months payment.
I never received an email, call or letter in the mail that my payment wasn't received. With no phone call notifying me, it made my credit score drop. Next months payment date comes up, I call and goes straight to an automated message that no one is available to take my call so leave a message. Turns out their voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message for them to call me back.
I call back a couple hours later, still no answer and full voicemail box. I call back a few days later and STILL no answer and full voicemail box.
I never made that months payment because no one answered the phones. Fast forward to today, October 3,2017, same thing! No answer and still a full voicemail box!!! Does no one work there or know how to delete messages or answer a phone!?
I'm trying to pay my debt and be a responsible person and work on my credit. Since I have not been able to get through and make my payments on time, my credit has been going down. I'm getting really pissed that they are the ones that are making my credit go down. This business should be shut down immediately!!
