This company is intertwined with NOVAD, [whom are associated with HUD, they handle reverse mortgages]. This company violated the heirs rights and without proper notice came and changed the lock on the door, shutting off the electricity to the house, zip tying off the water and when the emergency phone number was contacted the operator transfered the call in an instant to a servicer called NOVAD who answered the call with a snide comment, [Who has been in violation of the HECM rights of a rerverse mortgage to begin with].
The Civil sheriff's department was called and they deemed it was an illegal lock-out, locking a pet inside to perish, not to mention all of the above is illegal in this state. The civil sheriff's department also said, that they have to get an "order of possesion" from the state court and then come to the civil sheriff's department for a "writ of evicition" which the sheriff's department then comes and slaps a warning on the door to the occupants to clear out or be evicted. None of that was even approached.
So Warning! TO ANYBODY who is having dealings with NOVAD or P K management group, they did not do things legally-At least, not in this case! The family is in process of seeking legal damages against this company.
