My elderly father was screwed over and lied to after he emptied his retirement account to purchase a brand new boat from this place. He was promised a brand new boat and delivery in 6 weeks and when it came time for him to pick it up he was given a bait and switch because the boat they wanted him to take was a piece of garbage.

He didnt want the boat they tried to give him and asked for his money back. months later, NO BOAT and NO REFUND and the run around from the owner and employees. This place is disgraceful. They took advantage of a senior. They promised one thing and tried to deliver garbage. We have to pay an attorney to get some money back. DO NOT buy anthing here.

They waited until my grace period for that payment was up and I had no choice but to save my credit and make a payment by phone! then after that they decided to pay it off at the lower rate ! I have made several calls there I've spoken to Amy and Sarah and others trying to get the money they owe me for the extra payment if 247.00

This is the WORST experience in my boat history 30+ years!!! First boat they sold me was misrepresented and turned into a lemon. 6 months I had no use of it! I get offered and UPGRADE trade in which I took or it was have a peice fo sh*t to pay for! Spent a few K more right?

They ripped me off for the PAYOFF. They did NOT pay the number on the contract but instead waited until I HAD to pay or ruin my credit for anothger payment. THEN they paid the lower number!!!

Who does that? No dealer I have ever dealt with in my 60 years!! Transaction done in August, here it is 10/29 I still dont have the reimbursement.

These guys are complete liars and thieves!!! It's definitely true they treat you awesome when you're buying a boat from them. They took advantage of a first time boat buyer though and it makes me sick. I bought the boat on a Sunday, took it out on Lake Tarpon for 2-3 hours with an experienced boater. Noticed it was hard to steer left. We took the boat out and I called Doug first thing Monday morning. He was cool and picked it up that day. Long story short they tried to say we hit something based on what the prop looked like. Doug and Dave...don't try and argue this because I have pictures of the prop before taking it out and I noticed it was a little dinged up but was okay with that. I finally had enough of waiting and then dodging my phone calls and blaming me for stuff I didn't do I just picked up my boat on Friday. (BTW, while the boat was at the shop someone took a nice chunk out of the back of the boats hull.) I had a boat mechanic look at it for me and you can clearly tell when the prop is off that the prop shaft is bent. Now this has me questioning everything about this boat that I just spent 20K on. My next step is to bring it to a yahmaha dealer that has the software to check the hours because I have a feeling they lied about the low hours on the motor too. I have screenshots of their advertisement for the boat dated the day I bought it and I have someone that was with me when I bought the boat when they verbally said how many hours are on it. If this is not the case when I get the diagnostic back I'm going to gladly file a lawsuit. Doug, Dave and Howie should all be ashamed of themselves for the deceptive tactics they use!

I signed a purchase agreement with a friend on a new boat from outpost marine in Early February 2016. This boat was already in production at the time and the previous buyer backed out of the boat. The boat was a 2016 Bluewater 2350. I never got approved for financing and the purchase agreement stated pending financing. I verbally cancelled the boat order with the owner of Outpost Marine Dave in the end of February. He told me that he had to call the owner of Bluewater boats and change the boat order. He said that he would return our money as soon as he could. The only boat that showed up on his website that somewhat resembled the one that I ordered had a different engine, T-top and various other changes that we never ordered. There was never a Hull I.D. # on the purchase agreement, so I don't even know if this is the boat that we ordered.

I have been texting the owner Dave a couple times per month and he has been telling me that he will return my money. At first He said that he would return the money when the boat was sold. This boat has been off thier website for months. He has told me things like " I give you my word that you will get your money back" and "I promise that you will get your money back". The latest was "the money has been sent". Still no money after weeks of promises and lies!!! I am not giving up and will pursue this issue forever. I just don"t understand how some people can be so d**n evil!!!

So far not a good experience. Ordered a new Black Widow beginning of February and still not delivered. We have made many calls and stopped in many times to be given excuses as to why its not being delivered. Factory problems .

Can't get motor for 6 months unless pay another 2500.00 to upgrade from a 200hp to 225hp. I call BS on that one. Makes me worry as to how the service dept. will handle any problems. Lousy communication and never returns calls.

UPDATE>>> Worst exprience ever. Ordered a new boat 2/13/16 paid 6000.00 down.

Told 6-8 weeks. Didnt come in. Gave it a few more weeks. NOTHING. For 6 months NOTHING but lies and promises. Requested money back 10 times even sending a certified letter. Dave told us no problem . It is 7/23/16 still no money.

Instead he pulled in a USED boat (I took pictures of beer bottle caps and cup in holder said 5 o clock somewhere)and tried to pass it off as new. Said thats not your boat its under the canopy.

Wow same boat cleaned up with seaweed still on trailer and scratches and gashes in the side. BIG problem its still 2 foot shorter and smaller motor. Took pictures again. Liars and thieves. Also reported them to state atty office. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.
