We had a horrible experience with Opus. They never told us that their "virtual offices" are actually mailboxes rented from different independent owners and that the customer has to contact each and every singe one of these locations separately, with a separate verification process, with a separate customer service representative, if any, at these locations, with no central control or oversight over these locations. At least 3 of the places never got back to us, never received any mail, after 2-3 attempts. In an effort to give opus another chance we didn't cancel immediately and tried resending mail to these locations THREE or more times, with each attempt failing. This continued the billing cycle further.

We found out most of these places charge 1/10th the price of what opus charges if we contact them directly. We thought going through opus they would make the process easier or something, facilitate with the scanning of documents, or have a central login where we can see documents. None of this was the case, they did not even help us contact each location, they simply give you a package with the independent locations number and you are supposed to do the rest yourself. What is the point of that?

I emailed support and they often won't get back to me unless I call. We believe the advertising is very misleading and we deserve a partial refund, and at least a full refund on the locations that didn't work at all.

Because they have no control over these locations, each one is an entirely different experience. Also, these locations rent to their competitors so when we call them they ask us which one we are from. From a customer perspective this breaks a lot of trust.

Thankfully we found many of their competitors offering the services that they actually advertise at a much lower cost. We actually thought opus was a premium service due to their cost but they actually ended up much worse. I work with a lot of different companies and to be honest I rare experience working with a business that is this bad.

I signed up for a virtual office and phone line and I used it for 6 months and then I tried to cancel and opus virtual offices started putting fake fraudulent charges on my debt card.

Automatically signing me up for more 3 month contracts that you cannot get out of without Opus lying on you, harassing you with unwanted phone calls, fraudulently selling your info and fake debt to a unknowing 3rd party for collection and reporting you to the credit bureaus out of spite and to collect extra profit.

Do not use this scam company. They freely violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They will not let you cancel and they will continue to fraudulently charge your credit card and then falsely sell your debt to an unknowing third party. This company is a scam.

This company will not let you out of a fruadulent contract that they change on a daily basis. This company fruadulently charged my bank card and lied about the charges and then sold false debt to a unknowing 3rd party to maximize profit and hurt my credit score.

I had opus virtual office for over a year i paid upfront from my services and a fee theres nothing on the website that stated i was in a contract or had to cancel on specific terms. so i tried to contact opus in november to cancel over the phone which they denied to speak with me. advised i needed to jump through some hoops and fill out an online form in which they took a month to respond stating that you cant cancel your account you must keep it for 3 more months against your will because they said so. UMM i think not opus I dont know who the f*** you think you are but thats not how business is run. I am calling my state rep and the state attorneys office as well as the bbb and the consumer service division this is an estremely fradulant company they sent me to collections for $198.00. mind you they turned off the service after i put in the request and these scam artist continued to to bill me even though i recieved no tangible products and services.

The sad part is im relocating and i was a lyal customer never missed a payment but im moving so i had to shut down the services. i didnt need them nor could i use them so i feel violated in every way. this is a dusgusting company and i dont normally write hate against anyone but i hope this company burns in hell and i assure you i will contact all the authorities until this company is fined or put out of business for its illegal practices. im also not promoting them to my clients anymore a huge loss of business for them.

I also plan to reach out thier competitors and let them know to tell thier clients just how opus operates is shady and not one bit legit. Hows anyone supposed to know they will be forced to keep something for 3 months after they want to cancel when website and advertisment shows its month to month no contract? also they leave out the part where they bill you for 3 months but they dont actually let you use ther service.

Warn everyone these people will never get another refferal from me again or a dime they ruined a good relationship.

Opus virtual offices advertises 99 a month no contract no contract no gimmicks and even says below the order button no fine print. I am relocating to another city and will no longer need the virtual offices and planned to possibly use them in the future, Im not in a position right know to use the services im in lingo so i dont want to pay for a service i cannot use. I planned to use in the the future when i get to dallas in 6 months however my recent experience i will never use thier services ever again.

I request opus to cancel my services on 12/19 i was billed 12/19 on my cc in advanced ( THEY BILL 30 DAYS IN ADVANCED) ITS PREPAID... so technically i should have recieved a 99.00 credit. They decided to bill me until march 19th without my permmission.

They all the sudden have "new rules" that were never disclosed to me when i started services.

It says clearly on the website 99 a month no contract no fine print. So they are know requiring me to keep services 3 months contract and it renews every 3 months automatically.( umm okay so why do you bill me in advanced for 99 per month) thats not fishy at all is it being sarcastic of course. there is nothing on the website about this and there is know way i could have known this and i wasnt told or informed.

This is super sneaky and predatory and i will not stand for it. They continue to bill me even though i asked a month and half ago to cancel, they even emailed me back and stated they refused to cancel my services and will bill me anyways untill the end of march without my consent!!! WTF forcing me to cancel my cc card. I have contacted the attorney general the bbb and the fcc as well as the consumer service division. So know they send me an email stating they suspended my account and will send me to collections and refuse to respond to any inquiry through email and they will only speak to you over the phone if its a new sale they will not talk to you at all if you want to cancel and thats really, really shady.

this company is so unprofessional and deceptive its not even funny.
