This Company is a total joke. Please do not order from them. I fell for their add and the took $103 from me. Know they will not answer their phones or send the product. I got a bogus email about how busy they were and how my oreder would be top priority. I has now been almost 2 weeks, no order and no refund. Now the won't even respond to their emails. I was determined to get an answer so I stayed on hole on the phone for over 2 hours and all I got was music. This company is a total joke. Please dont' fall for the advertisement.
I ordered 2 small products from this company on Nov. 3rd, 2016. I STILL have not received said products! I'm only 100 miles away from them! I got an order from another co. in Hawaii in 3 days! I've seen here on your site where some people have not EVER got their products! I'm SO pissed as I have a cleaning business & promised a client I would have it LAST WEEK! I'm VERY annoyed with this as it has put a ripple in my business!!!!
On Sept. 23rd, 2016 placed and paid for over $300.00 of their BEDBUG BULLY Products that according to their information would be deivered within 3 to 7 days. It is now Oct 5th, No Delivery of Products paid for, no answers to emails sent, no response to support tickets submitted, no answer to phone calls.
