This company is a complete scam. They will work so called work on your computer, charge you over $250 then when you try to reach them they either never answer or start to reply then hang up.
Opticom solutions inc. Scam--virus locked out web browser completeley except for compelling looking professional screen claiming to be from apple with phone number. When called, person claimed to be with opticom solutions inc and claimed to fix problem by "proctecting" device and network. $200.00 charge with no utility or outward trace of work. Claimed 5 yr protection.
