This company scans craigslist all over the usa. They contact the seller and promise a nationwide effort to sell your vehicle. They guarantee results. As soon as they take your money, they do nothing. And their guarantee, such as it is, promises to refund your money if you quickly sell your own car, on your own!! within 45 days!!

Otherwise, crickets. Do not even think about using this organization.

Oncedriven claimed they could sell my car or refund my advertising fee if i sold it myself before the 45 day guarantee. I sold the car myself without their help in less than the 45 days. I filed for the refund and have received only false promises of the refund.

I have contacted the "so called" account manager Donna Cannaday and she has only given me excuses and lies, has even told me that my refund had been approved but that was several months ago.

Joined the site, paid the $299, added my vehicle, my vehicle was also on other sites that i had placed myself. Within just a few days, i sold my truck my self from one of those sites. I called and reported this to once driven and now, 7 months later, still have not gotten a refund.

I was called because of my car listing ad on Craigslist and was promised they would sell the car. They couldn't even find one buyer. I sold the vehicle myself and contacted oncedriven for refund and was told I will be sent refund form. I didn't received any form or was contacted for my refund. I'm now told its over 45 days and I'm no longer eligible for refund.

They claim they will refund your advertising cost to list your car if I sell it myself..

I did sell the car myself in about three weeks so I called them for refund as stated by the sales person who placed the ad.

the way their website describes their guaranteed to help you sell the car. Suddenly there was no way to give my refund until they received the motor vehicle department‘s report that it was sold…

imagine how long that could take from any state… If they had stated in the beginning how difficult it would be to get my refund, I would’ve known they weRE going to stall a refund… I asked them how I could get my refund.

they said I had to get my credit card company to send them a letter that my credit card number had changed due to it being stolen.

Fraud department at Visa MasterCard explained

1. They do not send out such letters

2. they could’ve refunded the new card number, they explained this was not correct business practices for refunding money.

3. also they stalled me so long that the credit card dispute time allotment as outlined by MasterCard Visa was too long…

It had been five months… Since I placed the ad and four months since I started asking for the refund when the car was sold…

Simply put they make excuses why they can’t refund the money and I’m sure most people give up…

This company once driven.com needs to be stopped

I posted a car for sell on KSL.com and they called me saying they had many prescreen buyers ready to buy my car for my asking price. I paid them $185 to list my car and get access to their customers.

The car was for sale for almost 6 months, I never received ONE call from any of their leads, I had to drop the car price by $3000 to be able to sell it on my own. They ofcourse look for cars that will not sell for 45 days so they will not have to refund your money.

They post your car on Facebook ( which you can do free) and a couple other websites with no traffic. Total rip off, terrible customer service, stay away from this company!!!

Oncedriven.com called me several times wanting me to list my car with them. They charged me $189 and guarantee me the sale of you car in 45 and I could get a refund. The sales person strongly encouraged me to do whatever I could to continue to sell my car by other means. When talking with me on the phone the sales person put the emphasis on guaranteeing me the sale of my car within 45 days and that I could get a refund if it didn't. The sales person made it sound like they had interested buyers waiting in the wings who were looking for a car like mine. The sales person probably mentioned but did not emphasize that "had'" to sell my car on my own in order to get the refund. I got no referrals from oncedriven during the 45 days they guaranteed to sell my car in and they were not the least bit willing to discuss a refund.

After listing vehicle on Craigslist - was contacted repeatedly by Payton. Listed my vehicle with them for $189, refundable if I sell the vehicle myself within 45 days (less $29). have contacted assigned Once Driven representative with no response. Have filed a fraud report with my bank as transaction is still pending. Will be filing scam report with every agency I can contact on internet. .

I used OnceDriven to sell my RV. I never received any buyers from oncedriven. I sold the vehicle within the 45 days and reported the sell to my oncedriven representative; the company did not abide by their 45 day money-back guarantee.

We had just listed our Fifth Wheel camper for sale on Craigs list and shortly after started to receive calls to my cell phone on the company Oncedriven that is a Premier Website for buying and selling used vehicles. It took another week and a few more calls from Oncedriven when we thought it would be great to investigate this company and see if it is legite. I looked up their website, Looked good had a Our Guarantee to sell within 45 days for $189, if We sell our vehicel we get a refund of $160 as they keep $29 processing fee. refund to be paid with in 45 days.

I sold my camper myself with in a week after signing up with them. I sent them everything that was needed to verify the sale. I waited a week called and the rep Donna stated it had been sent to accounting and was sitting there and they were behind but it will be sent out to us.

This request was done March 24, cancelled Mar. 28th. More email requests for refund: May 4th, May 10th, May 17th. Still nothing on the refund. as of today June 9th still nothing. No communications on the refund.

I would like my full refund from them. what a ripoff

$189.00 wasted on a total scam,,, first of all, I am a 63 y.o. Disabled veteran. I had my 2001 Oldsmobile silhouette advertised on Craigslist list. What I understand is, this company scourers Craigslist for people like me, trying innocently trying to sell my car happily, for free. Well I was contacted by a fast talking person, saying they will have 13 buyers. That was a lie. I am usually very cautious about scams. I gave my credit card information hesitantly. Then I contacted my attorney,,,he has many reports of this company as a total scam. I have contacted the company, requesting my $189.oo back in full. I was almost hung up on yesterday. This is a total scam, and this so to say shabby company, should be s**t down. I have also submitted a report to the b.b.b.

I placed an ad on craiglist to sell my car. I asked to not to be contacted by solicitors.

A few days later I was called by Once Driven. They said they had a buyer ready to buy my car. They said they use social media to advertise cars. All I needed to do was pay $189 to get my car listed with there company. They sounded convicing so I did it.

Days later I founded out they didnt have a buyer but rest assured with there social media advertising system they would in just a few days and if I sold the car elsewhere they would refund my $189. Days became weeks. After three weeks I caled them and they told me my assigned account rep was out getting married but rest assured the other team members were working on selling my car. Later the story changed to the person was out sick. Today when I called them they denied my rep was ever out !

Finally after nearly three months I sold the car through auto trader. I called Once Driven for my refund but they told me I had to sell it else where within the first 45 days to get back my $189.

This company is a total scam. They prey on people trying to sell cars. They just want your $189 then they put you on a website that few if any people have ever heard of. Scam !

Once driven is a spam. they told me they will help me to sell my car after paying 189$ by using some marketing techniqs and they will pay me the money back if I could sell my car without their help or they were unable to sell it in 45 days.

After signing in I checked their policy which is completely different.

It says that I loose my fee money if I couldn't sell my car within 45 days but they will continue marketing my car.

I was fool and said yes, gave them the money through a cridet card, but they've never called back and nothing happend.

Many people have been victims of this and you can find more on Yelp or any review website.

I listed a vehicle for sale on southeasttexas.com. I was contacted by phone from Once Driven who saw my ad. Once Driven told me that for $189.00 they would list the vehicle online and market the vehicle. If the vehicle did not sell within the 45 day period or if I sold the car on my own that I would be able to request a refund of the original amount of $189.00 less a $29.00 fee for a total money back guarantee of $160.00. I have not received one call about the car and Once Driven will not refund the $160.00 that was suppose to be guaranteed. I hope others are not mislead by Once Driven into giving Once Driven $189.00. I recommend that if you receive a call from Once Driven hang up the phone immediately.

I was contacted by "Aaron" from "Once Driven" after posting my car on Craigslist. He was offering to sell my car for about $200. My listing specifically stated that I was not to be contacted with other offers. Also, my phone number has been on the Do Not Call Registry for years.

I called "Once Driven" to file a complaint and was taken off their call list by a very polite and understanding salesperson. I was then transferred to a manager, as I had requested. The manager was rude and interrupted me multiple times in a 60 second conversation. She stated that the Do Not Call Registry didn't apply to them because they are a "501c non-profit." She almost hung up on me twice before I was finished speaking with her. She offered no apology, but she did was tell me that I was wrong on multiple occasions.

Actually, "Once Driven" is wrong. They are wrong to try to sell a relatively useless service. They are wrong to sell it at such an inflated price. They are wrong to use their status as a non-profit organization to scam unsuspecting victims, They are wrong to make annoying advertising calls to people on the Do Not Call Registry. They are wrong to call people who in their ads have requested not to be contacted with other offers. And, they are wrong to be rude and obnoxious when people point out their other wrongs.

Join me in calling for the Bedford County Commonwealth's Attorney to investigate and shut down these crooks before them scam and harrass even more innocent people.

I placed an ad to sell my car on Craigs list and less than a day later I'm getting a call from Once Drive. Aaron left me a msg stating he has clients interested in my car and he can sell it for me but there is a small fee. I know when I posted my Craigs list ad I specifically stated NO SOLICITATION. I have a picture of my ad that shows where it states NO SOLICITATION. I’m truly sick of these companies and ppl thinking this is good business. If I wanted to pay fees to sell my car I would have gone that route.

I wanted to sell my car on Craigs List but after listing it i got a call from "once driven". They guaranteed a refund if they couldn't sell my car so i signed up for $189. I was successfull selling my car on Craigs List so i registered with "once driven" for a refund. After several months of exchanging info and providing everything they asked for, it has become clear that this company is a scam! Save your money because if you give it to "once driven", you will never see it again!

I have my car posted on Craigslist with the option of not receiving calls from solicitors box checked, but this morning low and behold I got a call from just driven asking me for money to have them list my car. Being smart I went and Googled them immediately to find that many people have had the same thing happen and felt they were being scammed. So I called them back and asked what kind of reputable company would disrespect the no solicitation request. The woman said I can take your number off the call list, and I said thats great but you still didn't answer my question! She said I'm sorry I don't know why it happened, that's when I told her I saw online that many other people had written reviews saying the same thing she then got rude and said well I said I would add your number to the do not call list and hung up. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE MONEY WITHOUT KNOWING WHO THEY ARE

I Got a Solicitation from Oncedriven , I hardly ever get on my cell solicitations, but they sounded sure they had some requests for my type trailer I was saleing. They said I would get a refund if I sold on my own in 45days, which I did happen. I contacted them and they sent me instructions for refund. I got the refund but It took a few weeks for everything to go through. I never did get any leads from them so I don't know if they are a good company for saleing a vehicle.

I'm a small used car dealer in Alabama, and so of course I run a lot of ads on different sites: Cars Dot Com, Cars For Sale, and Auto Trader, just to name a few. These are what I would consider to be very reputable companies. After I start a new ad for a car I just bought, WITHOUT FAIL, the very next day someone from Once Driven will contact me about "your vehicle" that's for sale. They don't mention what kind of car it is, just "your vehicle," they don't know where the ad is, nor how much I'm asking for the car, but they DO know they're seeing "some interest" in it. Anybody with more than half a brain could see through that.
