We took some brand new clothes here to these people and some gently warn clothes very nice the new clothes had tags still valued at over $250 dollars and the gently used clothes on top of that stuff they said they couldn't take due to wear on them however go look on there shelfs and they have clothes and items that are stained badly n dingy looking and asking outrageous prices and said they don't buy anything with wear witch is a lie most things on the racks wasn't no where even close to as nice as what we took in they gave us $7.50 for over $250 in clothes I mentioned the clothes on the racks and they got very defensive and said they would only sell the clothes we took for $4.50 a pair but we went back in and they have them priced for $8.50 a pair.liars and rip offs do not take clothing there unless u want to be insulted they will tell u your clothes are no good even tho things on there shelfs is nasty looking this store is a joke.I understand a profit but they are ripping people off here honestly they shouldn't be able to get away with the lying and cheating people

I took a step 2 pink and white toddler sleigh bed into once upon a child in Ontario ohio. The guy came out to my car first and looked it over and told me okay it's nice and he even saw that a sticker was half removed and another sticker was not completed stuck on in the corner. The bed was cleaned before I took it to the store. The guy told me okay it's nice come on help me carry it in for a quote. He had me fill out a purple form and told me to look around the store while he got me a quote. Then I heard a lady who worked there come over and tell him not to give me a quote she didn't want my bed. And I am just wondering if it is because I am black and the majority of customers that come in are white. I walked over to the counter after a little while because I could see that the man left me bed alone and started doing other things. Even though he never called me to the front of the store to tell me what that woman had said to him. No knowing I had heard it. I finally walked back up to the counter and he told me they were going to pass on my bed because of the stickers. If that were true he could have told me that when he looked it over in my car. But he looked it over in the car, we took it out the car and he continued to look at all the pieces and then told me to help him bring it in for a quote. I would like to know why the woman who I later learned name was Alisa refused to but from me?? When the guy said it was nice. So that's why I wondered if it was because I am black and maybe she didn't want to buy anything from a black person?? Just maybe? Sent from my iPhone
