They posted this on Proxibid to target on-line bidders knowing full well the true value could not be deterimed based on the pictures they showed which was pictures of a 114 drawer cabinet. We buy lots of parts, know exactly what they are worth, and as a MINIMUM this lot should have been about 20 large flat rate boxes full of stuff!!! We receive 3 medium flat rate boxes that were not even full. We had them appraised by a certified appraiser at a generous amount of $700 for documentation. This is a far cry from the value that Mike Ulmer the owner of this company placed on the lot knowing full well it wasn't worth anywhere near that because he probably figured he could just hide behind his "AS IS WHERE IS" statement when confronted. This person even admitted the lot was grossly misreprestended gave me a song and dance of how sorry he was about it but REFUSED TO REFUND the MONEY!!!
