I was bullied into working with DHS after giving birth to my daughter in Dec. 2016. I was under prescribed medication and marajuana. The told the lie of I am a methamphetamine user and unable to care for my children. I was lied to by alan that he had approval to remove my children by the District attorney Neil West. when in fact there was not cusch order in Dec 2016 for my children to be placed in custody. I was manipulated into saying i had used and i want to get help, in order to get my children home. They lied epeatedly to my in-laws concerning drug use and other things. In april there was a domestic dispute between myself and the childrens father, where the police came, no one was arrested or hurt, but cps order my kids into temporary custody. The petition filed was not completely tuthful, in fact it was more lies than the truth in the petetion. We had ask that the lies be removed the D.A said no we were going to trial. Judge Shaw, stated ,( we would have the opportunity to defend our side, but was never granted that right. Some how they got past the civil rights investigation i started i believe clearing up their mistakes and planning cause that it was the right thing to do was to removemy choldren. Throughout all of this there has been a breach of confidentiality, conflict of interest, and my parents rights violated as well my children rights violated. I completed what they asked of me to do and its a year later and i still do not have my children. They have lied in court on the stand and this is overlooked and my childen and i are still sufffering. there was never any mention of parenting classes but i have deprived my children and they cannot tell me how i deprived my children. My doctor as well as the labratories states that the medication i was on during my pregnancy would and could cause a false positive for meth and yet again everyone fails to acknowledge the true. I want my children home they have been in 3 homes, 2 were abusing my childen and still nothing is being done. We do not deserve this nor should be be unheard please anyone help me to get my children.
My girlfriends mother, employee at Oklahoma Childrens hospital wanted her 34y-old daughter and her 2y-old grandaughter to move out of her house. In the grandma's own words, she deals with CPS on a daily basis at work and she will see that the daughter and grandaughter move out of her home. Child protective services shows up at house and after 20min of talking to grandma the caseworker determines the grandchild is being neglected and must be removed from this envirement immediately. Half brother and wife shows up almost instantly prepared to step up to the plate and take this little girl under their wing even though they hardly even knew her. They were supposed to be the bridge between mom and grandaughter but became instantly mean and evasive and a blockade to mom and her child. But after 2 months of abusing the mom and the child by keeping them apart it was determined that bro and wife were incompetent to care for a child so little girl moved to Aunt and Uncles in another town. Its now going on 4 months that this little baby was yanked from her mothers arms, forced to go to a foreign place that would totally deprive her of her mom which she loved more than anything in the world. The grandma sure got her wish granted but what about the mom and daughter stuck apart by this evil empire that claims to protect our children.By the way the mom has always taken exceptional care of this child
My name is Harold huff and I’m reaching out to you and anyone you know that has been lied to, accused of, or been unjustly treated by OKDHS/CS or OU Children’s Hospital. I feel your pain I’ve been going through a nightmare myself.
My story started when my daughter blessed me with my 2nd grandson in 2011. I stayed by her side in the O.R. room while she had a cescerian to deliver him. It was a beautiful thing. A week later Mary Cannon of Pontotoc county CPS came to my door and told me she had some concerns she wanted to speak with me about. About 10 minutes later it dawned on me that she was accusing me of fathering my grandson and was going to see me pay for it. DNA test proved that he was her husband’s son, a Chickasaw Indian. 2 years later my daughter was arrested with her newly wedded husband for child abuse of my newest grandsons, a set of twin boys. How proud of a grandpa I was. They was 11 weeks early (almost 3 months). One weighed 3lbs 4.7oz and the other one weighed 2lbs 10oz. they suffered from osteopenia of prematurity, 2 expert pediatric child abuse specialist diagnos3ed them both with the affliction. Needless to say they were never called to testify on either my daughters or her husband’s cases due to wrong doing at the county jail. I haven’t seen my grandsons in over 3 years. Mary Cannon stated to the police that I was a violent person as well as a molester, just to keep me out and away from any of my grandsons. But I have a clean record, and have never been so wrongly accused of being such a horrible person before in my life.
All I can do now is protest, I would like to organize a demonstration march at the state capital. The doctors at OU children’s Hospital are not qualified to be an expert witness for the state, or qualified child abuse specialists, in fact there are NO certified pediatric child abuse specialist anywhere in the state of Oklahoma. I have proof but can’t get anyone to listen to me or help. If we set a large gathering, we can finally for once be heard and they won’t have any choice but to listen.
Currently they are harassing my daughter now, trying to put her back in prison for 20 years minimum, just to take her unborn child.

Oklahoma CPS intimidated me to agree to services and lied saying if I completed tasks my children would be returned from out of home care however the were not they took them into state custody. Also agreed if I completed classes they would be returned and have not even given me more visits though I have completed the classes and drug screens
