Took out auto loan for $1000 and have repaid the company $1047 to date. Company refuses to provide itemized list of payments and how moneyed paid have been allocated in order to determine the pay off amount. A representative from the company hand wrote on a piece of paper that by January 2017 there remains over $1087. Still due if account is paid by that point. The amount loaned has been paid back. This company stated there is a 498% interest charged on the loan. This company has been reported to Ohio Attorney General and refused to provide and resolution. The complaint is filed as public record for their poor business practices and there was recommendation to file in small claims against the entity in which I plan to do. True report is for consumer awareness.
