I contacted these guys to form a offshore account, they convinced me I needed a offshore compnay and offshore trust. I paid them $3,800. I should have done some research.
The first sign was the unprofessional way they conduct business. The docs look like micky mouse put them together. They have no real clear instuctions and actulay ask you to produce the docs that you paid them to create. i.e. how can I send over my Articles of incorporation, Operatingi agreement, or membership roles when that is what I hired them to do.
1. They are not even incorporated them selves. They claim to be an incorporateing service but according to the state they claim to do business in (California) or the state they want you to incorporate in (Nevada) they are not a legal company.
2. I got a fancy looking certificate that was supposedly from the Belize government saying I was incorported. However when I called the office of registration in Belize they said no such copmany under that name was registered.
3. They sent me a draft of a Trust but I took it over to an Attorney to review and he pretty much just laughfed. Howver as it was offshore and just a shell company I signed it but I have heard nothign back.
4. Come to find out later the 3,800 is not the total cost. They have hidden fees of over 1000 a year to maintin the trust.
5. I did get a fancy three ring binder with Operating Agreement for another company. Other than that it ws empty.
6. I get e-mail from a "Legal Department" that tells me I am missing the very docs they were supposed to produce.
7. I was promised they would do it in 3 weeks. That was a month ago.
