I went in to the Tara Boulevard were i was fused service several times on different days. There was a man in office depot uniform ask did i need help I told him yes i explained my copies were to black to scan print or email he said ok he started to the back where he was suppose to shred the blacker copies and light up the other copies.

After waiting an extended amount of time I had an anxiety attack found myself making cirlces in the salesfloor after asking every employee visable who this man was an telling them he had my identification and copies of my socials then acted as if i was delucional no one even thought to help me.

I ordered a storage cabinet from Office Depot online. I received an email saying it was delivered however I did not receive it. I spent a month and 13 phone calls trying to get this resolved. I finally asked for a refund which never came. I spoke to supervisors etc. Everyone I spoke with would say "You will receive a call back within 72 hours" or "An email within 24 hours" or "I will personally call you back tomorrow." None of which EVER occurred. After they promised me a refund I ordered the identical cabinet from another vendor.

Well shortly after receiving that cabinet the Office Depot cabinet showed up. Never a follow up call from the supervisor who was working on my refund. The WORST customer service I have ever seen. Each time I called I had to explain the situation again. Each time they would give me a new complaint number but never follow up on the old number. I just gave up!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am in eBay seller andM constantly shipping things with UPS USPS or FedEx. In this instance we Dropped off a package at one of FEDEX’s authorized acceptance centers, Office Depot. They have a bin that accepts packages like all the competition. That is the last we heard of this package. They accepted the package, accepted the liability, and deny all responsibility... We filed a claim with FedEx and their excuse was because it wasn’t in their system they will not cover it.

They have a duty since they except packages there (at Office Depot) to ship packages once they are dropped off. Dishonest and deceitful ! I had to refund the buyer their funds and disappointed them that they were never going to receive their product. We did everything proper in this instance. From dropping it off where they suggested, to opening up a claim. Then they deny it because they tell us it’s not in the system.

That’s exactly what we told them multiple days before. That’s what the whole issue is we suspect it was stolen once it was in their representatives position. Once you allow the company to accept packages for you you except liability. In this FedEx has dropped the ball

Wow profiled twice looking for a goddamn notebook and even followed. Im sure they would think twice about doing that if I honestly handled it the way they think can. Thinking they're f*cking stiff on acting like they would even last five minutes in a fight when I can tell just looking they would f*cking sh*t themselves even at the thought. Especially the fat tub of lard Blonde that thinks she runs the place.

I ordered a filing cabinet. It arrived with large dent. I requested to return the item and receive a refund. Office Depot stated the item would be picked up on 12/21/17, per return no. 989530528-001. I called Office Depot that morning, and was provided assurance that the driver was on his way. I waited ALL DAY, and the driver never appeared.

I returned the item myself to the Office Depot on Campus in Upland. The representative there provided additional assurances: "You don't need to worry about it. We'll take care of everything from here." Office Depot still rebilled my credit card for $210.23 on 01/27/18.

TOTAL RIPOFF!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OFFICE DEPOT. THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR AUTORIZATION!!!

Our sons grandma works at a Home Depot. Home Depot itself is wonderful. She purchased him a laptop for Xmas with a 2 year protection plan. She did recieve a large discount for the holiday from Home Depot so the laptop was only about 105.00. The next year the laptop broke down and I called to have it replaced. The first problem was that the protection plan company had sold out and were owned by a different group. Instead of just covering it, they transfered me all over the place fo 2 days I went through this. I even got transfered to Sprint. Now, I'm not the type to yell at people because I've worked in tech support, but this was horrible customer service and deep down I wanted to scream supervisor. Finally I had to actually go to Home Depot and get a different phone number from a very nice associate. They did help me file the claim and kept me under the assumption I was going to get a replacement computer up until the lady was about to hang up. Then she quickly said mailing your check. I told her I was suppose to get a replacement, she then said the check is to replace it. Like Home Depot is just going to sell me the same computer for that price. So she paid for the 300.00 warranty (about 40.00) and we get 107.00 check. I couldn't argue because I understand that was the purchace price. That being said, we didn't pay them for the laptop we paid Home Depot so they should have to honor the ability to "replace" it with one of the same model/ value. So it's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten the check. I call and they said they issued it on the 7th of June. It's July 31st. She told me to call back on August 14 if I don't get the one they are re-issuing. I think they just hope you forget, I'm sure if a certain amount of time passes it just gets voided out. Thats my thought. It seems like they are scam artists and Home Depot needs to change who they use.

I did not have my rewards card with me so gave my cell phone number to the cashier, who claimed no such number was on file. I know they have that number since the company regularly sends me text messages of special offers. After they found another contact number associated with my card, the cashier still refused to honor the special offer on the items that I bought.

When I asked to check further, he said that local stores were not authorized to do it. When I sent the report of the incident to the corporate headquarters, they bounced the report back to the local sotre.

Obviously this is a run around between headquarters and so-called "unauthorized" stores.

Purchased a PPP plan from the Office Depot store in Wethersfield CT on April 25, 2013. Four year plan. $300 on a $750 lenovo laptop, specifically told the store I needed on site service. Was told I have it, and indeed, could come in and apply the $750 purchase price to another laptop, pay the difference and leave with the new laptop.

February 27, 2017, the hard drive failed. The store closed years ago, with all the other Office Depot stores in CT. Told in fact my plan was with Asurion.

Asurion told me that they would refund my premium, since Office Depot was no longer in CT.

Today, April 13, told to pound sand by Asurion and Office Depot.

Fixed the laptop myself on Feb 28 by buying a new hard drive and installing it myself.

Lesson: all service plans are fraud. If you have a critical piece of equipment, you must buy two of them, and keep one in reserve. Office Depot is fraud, and Asurion is fraud.

I bought a Toshiba Satellite S-55 on June 28,2015 from a Office Depot store in Dothan AL. The laptop has had screen issues and now I've been told by the Office Depot in-store senior computer guy who spent 5 hours trying to repair it that I needed to file a warranty claim on my Office Depot protection Plan. I called Toshiba says my laptop is out of their warranty. I called and faxed Office Depot customer service and they keep telling my Toshiba warranty is valid until 6/28/17. Office Depot will not honor my warranty claim. So here I sit with a defective laptop and nobody is willing to honor the warranties. Now I have $500 paperweight! I think I'll fax the Corporate HQ with my complaint and see what that does. Probably nothing.

On Thanksgiving day I was shopping online for a new laptop. Office Depot had a Toshiba® Satellite® Laptop Computer With 15.6" Screen & AMD A8-6410 Processor, Windows® 10, C55DT-B5386 on sale for $349. I ordered it in good faith and passed many other good deals in the process.

I recieved a confirmation that my computer was shipped on 11/30 and should expect delivery on 12/2. Well it never showed up and by 12/4 I contacted customer service about my order. 2 phone calls that were both disconnected before anyone could help me. I then sent an email. It took 3 days before I recieved a reply that was not an automated message.

In that message they stated that my order was lost in shipping and could not be tracked. They then said they could not replace the item so they would refund me. it took 5 days for that refund to process I should note.

I then looked up that item on their website and it was still available though the price was now $499. I contacted customer service again via email and asked them not to refund my purchase but to ship me the item they promised me and honor the price I paid. Since that was the only day I could have received the good sale prices and now my opportunity was lost.

There was no reply, so again I called customer service. I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to resolve the issue. I was put on hold and told somebody from higher up would help me. That person never got on the line and instead the rep forwarded a customer concern email stating I would like them to match my original price paid. The final reply is that they would not honor that price and they issued my refund. So now I have no new computer, and my opportunity for a great deal is gone until next year.

All I wanted was for them to send me what I ordered, and instead got the run around. They basically lured me in with their price, then realized they were losing money so my order conviently disappeared and now they want to charge full price. That is blatant internet bait and switch fraud. I will never do business with that company ever again.
