Purchased a set of replacement headlights for a Dodge truck.Recieve headlights well packaged in a timely manner. After 2 months, 1 headlight looked brand new. Second headlight had an accumulation of moisture in it. 3 more months go by and water moisture situation is worst. Even being left out in the elements the moisture has never dissipatec. Contacted Saul on 3 different times over a 3 week span and was given a bunch of run around. All I wanted was a replacement headlight for a defective headlight on a vehicle that my 17 year old drives. Than I wanted my money back since these people are unwilling to follow thru with any kind of customer service. I am fully aware the 60 days have past. Is this so common that it would put the company under for replacing all of the defective headlights they sell? I then got a hold of PayPal which didn't make anything any better. Advice - stay away from Saul and his imaginary bosses.

Saul and OEMassive sell defective products knowingly

Don't buy anything from OEMassive or the POS Saul. They quickly replace defective crap products, but once the 60 days passes, you're SOL. They won't give you your money back, and instead claim that because you take a replacement, you can't get a refund (even when, in my situation, the replacement was also defective!). During my phone conversation Saul acknowledged that they sell defective, crappy products. In response to asking for a refund, Saul said "Too bad, that's the risk you take buying online". I said "You're selling defective products to people knowingly." His response: "Yes, so?". Don't buy ANYTHING from these people. Their return policy and "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is all BS.

OEMassive and their contact "Saul" sell defective merchandise. We purchased a set of rear tail lights from this company and had them installed on our car.

After 60 days, the tail light started to burn out. They are LRD so, the lights can't be replaced.

Saul instructed us to mail back the tail lights. We informed him that the car would have NO tail lights if we did that so, please send the replacements and we would send him back the defective tail lights.

His answer was "NO". It made no difference to him that the tail lights were defective. He wanted the parts back before shipping the replacements.

Does that sould like customer service to you? BUYERS BEWARE!

??????????

So you wanted a vendor to give you replacements without returning the original product? Put the original ones back in...I see you have posted several places, if you spent a fraction of the time THINKING about it, what business would do what you are asking? IF he actually did this for everyone that asked, you want to guess on the number of people that would never send them back?

I ordered a pair of taillights for my truck. After about 2 weeks the left taillight began to leak water. I remove the taillight and couldn't find an obvious hole or seal issue. I contacted the company through their website and explained the issue I was having with it. After waiting a week I did not get an email back so I tried to call the business in which I did not get an answer from that as well. I decided to contact them through Facebook Messenger since it says this company "Usually replies within 24 hours." I sent the same message on Facebook messenger. The next day I looked and the company had read my message but decided not to respond to me. At this point it had been about 2 weeks. I filed a report through PayPal and the company didn't respond to me or PayPal themselves! OEMassive did not respond to them after an additional 15 days. PayPal ended up awarding me my refund in the end. BUYERS BEWARE!

I purchased a pair of led tail lights for my Silverado. When I hooked the lights up the reverse light stayed on so I called OEMassive and the guy said I needed a professional to install and he was aware that the reverse light stayed on because wires were hooked up backwards. So why sell a product and not tell customers that the product was faulty from the start. The bolts did not line up with the factory holes either I called him back he said he would discuss with a professional and not myself I know I don't do auto work as a career but I have done enough to put some lights in a vehicle building and reprogramming computers wiring etc on 10 other vehicles in the past. The way he talked was very unprofessional and uncalled for. The light did not come with a resistor either and none of this was explained in the description as well as it only said professional intaller recommended but not demanded. So he lied and this is a business that lies and will rip you off please don't patronize this OEMassive business. ITS A RIP OFF FOLKS

I purchased a taillight set from OEMASSIVE and installed just prior to storing the car for the winter. It was pulled from under storage cover last week, and hand washed for the first time since installing the lights. They leak! OEMASSIVE only offers a 60 day warranty, is sticking to it, and will do nothing even though the lights are still brand new.

False advertising!!!

I bought a set of headlights for my 1997 Ford truck from Oemassive. The eBay ad stated Lifetime Warranty. While installing them one of the clips broke. I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement.

After installing the lights with the replacement I noticed the lights were dim. I discovered that the reflectors on both lights had fallen off.

When I contacted Oemassive, I was told that they were out of the 60 day warranty period.

When I mentioned the Lifetime Warranty,I was told that was the manufacturer warranty and that the contact information for the manufacturer would be sent to me. The information was never sent to me.

The headlights are junk !

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY

I purchased headlights and taillights for an F150. The third taillight was for an older model and will not fit my truck. I called customer service and since it is the 62nd day they will not exchange the third light that has never been installed. They were extremely rude about EXCHANGING a $40 part.

I'll be sure to spread the word whenever the opportunity comes along.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Their customer service team, SAUL, is customer service, the supervisor, the boss, and the owner.

He is the absolute rudest, least helpful individual that I have ever talked on the phone to.

I would never purchase from this company and now that I read the reviews, I am very glad that I got the opportunity to see how he handles his business.

If he is not the owner, I hope the owner reconsiders his employees.

I gave them the year and model of my car and they were supposed to send me the correct headlight for it. They sent the wrong 1. The mechanic could not make the part work for my car. They sent me another part that also was incorrect. By this time 60 days had passed. I had been ill with cellulitis, and i had had a knee replacement. And by the time i found out that the 2nd headlight would not work 60 days had passed. I requested that they allow me to send them back the bad light and get a refund. No, they said too much time had passed. But too much time had passed only because they kept sending me the wrong headlights.
