YACHT WINDSHIELD REPAIR, BOAT WINDSHIELD REPAIR BY: OCEAN DYNAMICS USA 18377 NE 4TH CT, MIAMI FLORIDA 33179 IS A FRAUD! THEY ARE LIARS, AND FULL OF SH*T! Hear me out! So a Tree Branch fell on my boat in some high winds, falling directly across the wing windows, bending the Port side frame down, shattering the glass, and bending the top section only of the Starboard side frame, and also shattering the glass!

So long story short, I ended calling Ocean Dynamics, and Speaking with Nancy the Secretary, then a guy named Ron, he was short on the phone, and didn't talk much, he assured me he could fix these bent frames, so I built a box for shipping, spent $65 to get them to them, then while they're on their way, I asked Ron if they did Tig welding, he said yes, I said I wanted the old bimini top holes tig welded up, he said ok, we can do that, then the next day I changed my mind called him back, to say hey don't do the holes, he said we already did them, which I didn't even believe him! I said ok whatever, so then a week later, he said the frames were done, but we need you to sign our terms & conditions agreement, before we can send these back, which states in there, that! "I have seen these and agree with the work performed!"

I said no I'm not signing anything, they held my frames for ransom until I signed their terms and conditions, and emailed it back to them! So then I spent another $65 on shipping to get the frames back, they were terrible! The holes were welded from an un-experienced welder, didnt' clean the surface, didn't fill the holes, and warped the metal! The frames were not bent back properly and rolled out by an experienced metal shaper, these things waved at you, they cut one with a wiz wheel, and welded it back together, leaving gobs of weld where the milled groove goes for the gasket, and instead of using a Milling machine they used a wiz wheel cutoff wheel, to put the groove back.

It was terrible, and the frames were not straight, and they put a new dent in the Starboard side frame that wasn't even bent there when I sent it to him in the beginning, they also left wiz wheel cut marks in the frames, and then used a DA Sander, to sand the sides flat, to hide more of their terrible work, and sanded off the 45-Degree design on the corners. This is all even after explaining to them before I sent the frames to them that I'm an experience welder, metal polisher, plus a perfectionist, and I know how these things need to look, and even told Ron I was PVD Coating them, and they had to be right, and he still sent them back to me like this!

So then I call them on a Friday evening, Nancy the Secretary played dumb, like she knew nothing, said Ron left and yeah he owns the place, and said I don't know what they do back there, I told her, the frames were terrible, and I'd like to get my money back! She said email the pics, and well talk Monday, I did! All Ocean Dynamics said was Please send them back and well fix these issues! I said no way are you getting these back again, they're screwed! I just need my money back to get them fixed by a professional, said they can't do that! I said what kind of employees are you hiring back there what experience do they have? No response to any questions I asked, so I emailed them back again, and said I'm shocked I didn't even get a we're sorry here's a return shipping label, nothing! won't answer any of my questions.

So then! I find another guy who does this kind of work, and get the down low on this Guy Ron! He doesn't actually do any of the work, he sends it out to whoever can do it at the moment, in hopes that it's done right? Ron also called this other guy at the other place asking if he could buy the curved glass off him, for Ocean Dynamics, because this other guy really does the work in house, and has what is called an "Annealing Oven" to heat glass up, or the frames, to special temp, to work with your parts! Ron "Does not have this!" The other guy at the professional business Told Ron at Ocean "NO" because of what he's doing to other people I found out! Also Ocean Dynamics website is a HUuuuuge Lie! Ron Paid someone to build a professional looking website, when Ocean Dynamics USA does "NOTHING" So far I haven't gotten a response on a return of money!

I'm also not the type of guy who's trying wine about something, because they did it cheap, I did not ask for cheap, I asked Ocean Dynamics to please fix these frames professionally / correctly, with no hurry! This is common practice for "Ocean Dynamics USA" and this even after explaining to Ron this is an expensive 50ft Regal with thousands of dollars put into it! RON AT OCEAN DYNAMICS USA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! Here's the link to the horrible pics!
