I thought I was ordering a free sample based on advertisement of JoAnna Ganes from the tv show. I received the products and was baffled what I received. Thought it was a scam. Then I find that I was charged by several names: on 6/1 by ladouxeyeserum $4.95, 6/5 for $1.99 by SmoothSkinHealth, 7/11 by ladouxeyesetum $94.97 and by SmoothSkinHealth $104.97. It's a scam. They wanted to argue with me that I didn't read the 14 day trial. There was no 14- day trial information anywhere on the site. I can't get my money back. They were trying to send me more products like I signed up for monthly installs. I told them no, don't send me anymore products. Who pays $200 for some face and eye cream?!? Don't sign up for those skin scam "trial"!!!

I was charged $199.94. I did not authorize. I returned the product but never received a refund. This is theft

I saw the Nulift skin care advertised that the had a "sample trial". The set was an eye cream and the other a face cream. The cost was $4.95 for one and a little more for the other.

I made sure to unchecked the box that says you could sign up for a monthly program. Low and behold, one month later, a package shows up from them. There was no packing slip, return slip or phone #. I had no idea how much they were going to bill me or a number to call. I waited for the billing statement to come in. $200.00!

I called and disputed it. The man explained that there was a 14 day trial and if you didn't return it you would be enrolled in a monthly program. I told him cancel and I am sending it back. He explained what a hassle it was going to be for me to send it back. I have to pay shipping and get a tracking #. I have to put all an return number on the pkge and call them at their warehouse within 2 weeks to give them the tracking number. And, if all this doesn't happen in the next 2 weeks. It will be too late. So I could be out product and shipping fees plus the $200.00.

What kind of a scam is this? He then offered me 50% to keep the product. I said, "no". I don't want it and I don't want to pay for it. He said, "well Mam, you wanted to have a more youthful appearance which is why you signed up for the product". I said No again. He then offered me 75% to keep it.

After calculating aproximatley how much it would cost to ship it with the possibility that it won't get there on time, I accepted his offer and he closed my account (which I did not sign up for).

After I hung up, I called my credit card company and they will credit my account back. What a shameful sales tactic.

There was also a $14.00 charge from ETSY.com. I have never bought anything from ETSY. Because it may be linked to this scam, the credit card company is going to dispute it also.

Do not enter into any agreement with Nulift. They lead me into a deduction from my bank account of $89.99 after promising a free sample with no obligation for a $4.95 S&H fee. Upon contacting customer service they provide no recourse for grievance or refund and not would they provide any corporate information. They finally hung up on me without providing any public information that should be at their disposal. Any attempts to contact at a corporate level have failed.
