I called when more product shipped to my address I am allergic to it. At that time customer service canceled and gave me aurtorization numbers to mail the product that shipped that should of never shipped. I mail back, I did not take it out of box, I'm waiting for my 200 dollar credit it's never happening. Novus signed for return. So I call them that I have never received credit to my account, Novus customer service says product was open, and he repeated that over and over, I'm am sooooo upsetting, I never even took it out of the box I shipped back the same way it shipped to me, with their authorization codes for return to get my credit back to my card. I asked for a supervisor he says their to busy. I want my credit, I just can't believe they say product was used, when I never took out of box. I'm shocked and Novus is not going to allow this to go further to a manager to resolve my situation. Unbelievable! So upset
