I went to their website http://nouveauliftcream.com/ and tried to order two trials, and agreed to pay for two shipping charge. When I processed, there was a delay. Turned out they charged me $24.95 for the third product. Since it's already gone through. I just thought it's ok. I can pay $34.86 for three products.
When I got my products, I found two of them were not able to take out of the bottles: ageless eye revitalalizer and Vitamin C facial serum. I thought I should return the products. But since I was busy with my job, I didn't do it.
When I checked my bank account on 06/08/2017, I found that I was charged for $89.94 from Lfa*lfaskincream 866-391-1823 Fl, and $84.97 Jhs*jhseyeserum 888-445-3578 Fl.
I called these numbers and asked why. The first number 866-391-1823 was answered by Melissa agent #368. She said I should be very careful when I hit the key.
She said the charge $89.94 was for another section of treatment. Since I didn't return the product within 14 days, I was supposed to like the products so they would keep charging me.
She gave me the Refund Merchandize Number and said once they received the returned products, they would refund to me the full amount minus two shipping charges.
Then i called Pedro, agent #499 at 888-445-3578. He asked me about my tracking number from the Post office. Since I haven't mailed out the products, he said I should call back after mailing them back.
The mailing address to return the products is not PO Box 23976, St. Petersburg FL 33742 anymore. It's PO Box 41542 St. Petersburg, FL 33743.
I was on the internet saw this product fell for shipping only then found out they will continually send products and take $ out my account. I do NOT want this or any of their products
