This website is a scam. I do not recommend using this service for ANYTHING! They offer you a service that does not exist. I paid $150 fee online for search of apartments rentals. They offer the information of the landlord and the description of the apartment. I called every apartment on the website and they were all rented. The website offers exclusive search for apartments in all NJ area. I was very dissapointed. Called the next day and spoke with ''Melissa''. Very unprofessional, I requested immediately with a manager she said he's always in and out. I requested my money back for poor service given. I paid for this service on February 1st and until this day they haven't given me any explanation. I requested the address for the office so I could come personally and I went on a Friday. She told me she was going to be there until 5:30pm. I went to the exact address given and the place located was a Wash and Dry store. This is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THEM! This is not a professional company!!
I check the local papers for apartment listings on a regular basis. What these fake "businesses" do is simply post the same basic information from classified ads on their own Web sites and all over Craig's List. Craig's List is overflowing with tons of fake postings by such scammers as "North Jersey Rentals" and "Rentals In NJ".
One key giveaway is a lack of photos on the majority of those listings. Any that have a photo provide only a generic photo with the "business" name - none of them provides any photos of the apartments they list. That's because they have no access to them and are simply trying to steal your money - just to give you information from a local newspaper.
If you see anything posted by either of those two entities, don't waste your time. Those listings are primarily from old classified ads and have already been rented anyway. You'll pay up to $150 for information you can get for free elsewhere.
