BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK, bought the extended warranty. Brake pedal goes to floor. The mechanics belittled me, told me i was stupid, that they are smarter than me. 39,000 later we have destroyed two sets of front brakes, yet the rears are fine. we took it in again to have the brake booster/ fluid distribution checked out as google says these are our problems. The "mechanics" they have are not smart. they are day laborers from home depot parking lot. While we waited in an extreme rush to get to work, we waited and waited and waited. the response we got was that the brakes were bad. OH DUH??? thats why we brought the truck in. they are so smart? well they gave us a printout. instead of finding the problem and solving it, they said we needed an air filter, a cabin air filter, we needed windshield wipers, that they ran a code check that showed no codes and that we had a mismatched tire. They also "claim" the reason the brakes failed the first time, is because i put cheap pads on it the 2nd time around. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE? the parts failed due to what i did in the future? really?
idiots. he said i shouldve checked the brake fluid, yet in his report , he claimes the brake fluid is ok. next, the mismatched tire is the tire they put on a month ago and charged me $300 for. idiots, i know. not only am i again insulted by these idiots, they are berating their own tire install. who does this? idiots do, thats who. next, why do a code scan if there is no check engine or warning lights. again idiots! we waited hours to have the brakes inspectwed, and the are checking my wiper blades, air filters and tires? idiots. THE AIR FILTERS OF COURSE ARE DIRTY, THEY ARE FILLED WITH ASBESTOS DUST FROM THE TWICW DESTORYED FRONT BRAKES, WHILE THE REARS DONT LOOK USED AT ALL!!! so i waited fior the service manager who made me wait more. He couldnt believ it either, right DAVID? he said that i was correct, that the fluid distribution pieces does fail, and is the reason the brakes failed again. the report shows that the rear brakes are fine, but that the fronts failed again, NOT BY DEFECTIVE PART, but because i used cheap pads and only pad slapped the car. yet i did the rears at the same time , and he said they were fine. then when i told him i did both, he changed his story and says he did not say the backs were fine. LOL AGAIN, IDIOTS! BUT WAIT THATS NOT ALL... THEY WANTED $140 TO DO THIS "INSPECTION" OF MY WIPERS AND AIR FILTERS. HA. THEY SAID WE HAD NO WARRANTY. WRONG!! We did buy the extyended warranty, They said " no we did not" so we called corporate. "JESSICA" SAID YOU DO INDEED HAVE THE EXTENDED warranty and that it clearly showed in the computer, then she stated she was amazed the dealer didnt tell us this, because its clearly on their computer too. DIRTY SCAMMING IDIOTS! so when we were told we had to pay, we said are you sure, because we are going to call corporate right now and tell them. then the mechanics said " oh were sorry. theres no charge" scamming idiots! i know! so now that we find out the warranty is valid..who pays us back for the maintenance we have paid someone else (NOT TOYOTA) to do in the past year? scam. who gives us our $300 back for the tire we paid for but got the wrong one? MISMATCHED BY THIER OWN PRINTOUT!! IDIOTS , I KNOW! nobdy at toyota seems to care, here i am 4 days later complaining still.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY DENY YOU HAVE WARRANTY, THEN YOU PAY, THEN THEY SUBMUIT TO TOYOTA UNDER THE WARRANTY AND TOYOTA PAYS THEM AGAIN. S C A M ALERT!!!! WELL JESSICA said she has red flagged this shop and there will be an investigation... meanwhile im waiting for david to cqall and offer a remedy, a $300 refund to begin with. BEFORE WE SUE THEM IN COURT.
