When I first agreed to the magazine subscription, I was not told that I would be under contract for two years at a rate of $62.00 a month rate. I thought it was a one time fee for twelve magazines of my choosing. Never would I have paid almost $1500 for magazines, and I still haven't received all of my subscriptions yet.

In April of this year (2015), I received a phone call from a representative who explained that I was down to $500 and was offered to pay it off. I paid the subscriptiom in two $250 payments, once in April and the final payment in May. In July (2015) I received another phone call to renew my subscription for a little over $11.00. I stated that I was not interested in any transactions with this company anymore. On 05 September 2015 while checking my bank account, I noticed that North Atlanta Magazine, had fraudulantly removed $11.24 from my debit card for a magazine subscription. Being a long holiday weekend, I can't call the company or my bank until Tuesday.

When did it become okay to open a closed account without authorization from the customer? I don't know if someone re-opened my account because I wouldn't answer the phone when they called, or if an employee was trying to get brownie points for the subscriptions they opened, but they won't do it at my expense. This company has taken so much money from me, that I am no longer trusting of a magazine subscription from anyone.
