Norm Dyer, (Norman Edward Dyer) was a real estate broker in 2018. As of June 2021 Norm is not listed as a REALTOR. I met Norm at a real estate brokerage in Huntsville when I was a real estate sales representative. Norm said he was an expert REALTOR and broker looking to open his own independent brokerage. Norm said we could start our own brokerage and make more money. Norm said he just needed some start up cash.
I had Norm sign a loan agreement, loaned him the money and then he would not provide any details as to how the brokerage would operate nor would he entertain any kind of shareholder agreement. The company he registered was Inspyr Realty Group In. Registry ID: 2627423 When I requested details of the loan repayment he broke off contact with me. I requested to be removed from the newly created brokerage and he became hostile stating that I would never get my money back.
He contacted me some time after that to propose a deal whereby I would exclusively list and sell his partially built home at ., Huntsville, Lake of Bays, Ontario, Canada that was in his common law wife's name. The property at . is listed as owned by Patricia Nadia Cecchetto. Norm stated that once the property sold I would receive my sales commission plus he would repay the loan in full. Regardless of whether or not the property sold Norm said that he would repay the loan in full.
