These people of illiterates. Started from Scratches. They have cheated plenty of customers by mixing North Indian hairs with the Virgin hairs, and Mixing some Processed hairs in it and sell it.. For a cheap few percentage Margin, they will spoil the Whole business System and customers will be in Trouble...Scamming is in their Blood.. So better to Avoid. .They have 4 more company names.. with different phone numbers, they approach as every bodies are different.

I ordered hair from nivash enterprises on 5/24/17 after conversation i decided to make a leap. Now i am not new when it comes to raw hair however i saw that they had deep curly which is hair to come by/ So i ordered my hair took a week. The seller at the time kept me updated and made me feel comfortable. I was very estatic upon recieving my hair it smelt wonderful looked lovely everything was amazing. Now, this is where the bad part happens i wash the hair not once but twice and the hair was very striny at the ends. The curl pattern had loosened not to mention i could see through the hair.
If you are familiar with raw indian hair especially curly you know that you are not supposed to see through the ends. I weighed the hair and guess what it came out to? 2 oz of hair at first I was like well maybe I weighed it wrong nope! I had a fellow friend weigh it as well still barely 2 oz. I proved this to the vendor by adding another bundle to the scale and guess what it came out to ....... 3.7 oz. So i contacted one of the employees and told him what the issue was, he tried to say i had said it was fulll but, i said that the hair is thin and i should not have to put two bundles on a weight scale to get 4 oz of hair.
Now the manger had contacted me and said the situaiton was going to be rectfied and I got the run around. I contacted the owner, at this point im furous because, youre clearly reading my messages and acting like I am uneduucated about raw hair. So They offered me 1 bundle of 14 in waxy hair when i spent 500 dollars with the company. No it is not alot of money however, with alot of indian vendors if your order is not 15k$ worth then they dont take your order seriously. Do NOT waste your money on this company!!!!!
