OnOn 7-29-16 I took my Dodge Ram 1500 for repairs to Hooman Dodge of Hooman Los Angeles/Nassani Brother's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a transmission job I paid $2,273.02 for repairs it took them three months to fix in October of 2016 I picked up my truck within 3 days the transmission went out again. So now, I am forced to rent a car again while my car awaits transmission repairs. In January of 2017, I picked up my vehicle again within 5 days the transmission goes out again I am forced to rent a car again. February of 2017, I pick up my vehicle within the week my transmission goes out again so Hooman paid for the rental this time which was now in March of 2017. I get a phone call from Julio Rosales stating that they had changed staff and Warren the old general manager was no longer with them and that I need to return the rental car. I asked Julio was my car fixed he said No he said that the transmission was under warranty with someone else and that they were not responsible for damage or rental. However Warren Berman the General Manager that took my truck has assured me that I would not be responsible for the rental or any gas and he gave his word it would all be taken care of . I asked Julio to talk to his boss for Warren had gave his word the nightmare would be over. Julio denied me to talk to his boss Oscar Aldana or the owner stating he had spoken to them and they agree I should bring the rental back. I stated to Julio I have to get to work and I gave $2,273.02 to have my truck repaired already and he said well sorry its not our fault he never mentioned when my truck would be fixed he simply could care less about me and my situation and this is why I say this is a transmission robbery. 7-14-17 I got a call from Nissani Brother's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram stating my truck is ready for pick up.

So I arrived around 4pm and once at the cashier I'm told that the rental is $3,000 and the repairs for the Transmission were $2,512.75 I told cashier that Warren Berman had approved rental and gas and I had already paid for Transmission Back in July. July 29, 2016 and it was still covered under warranty . So after 20 minutes of agony she calls Oscar Aldana and Julio Rosales of Nissani Brother's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Oscar takes myself and fiancée in an office Julio walks away and Oscar begins to explain I was to pay$2,512.75 for transmission repair I let him finsh speaking then I told him "I paid $2,273 for a transmission back in July of 2016 and it's still under warranty" he stated that Hooman and Nissani Brother's are different and besides the company we brought the transmission from didn't want to work with us with the transmission". I never authorized them to charge me more money for transmission work and the warranty still was on transmission I spoke with Oscar June 9th he never informed me of any extra charges he just complained about how they were complaining about rental. So after the extortion act I paid $2,007 more dollars to get my truck back on 7-14-17 I paid $680 in rental fees from June 10th to July 14 and I paid $1,327 for transmission work . So as I'm driving home transmission is not driving properly Van Nuys Dodge now has the truck for transmission repairs I refuse to take my truck back to the Nissani Brother's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
