Below is my 20th email to customer service to cancel per our verbal agreement that you pay 2 months services if for any reason it is not working as you need it. Tracks are not accurate, not user friendly and you need a dedicated person to manage.
If I had not had back up on the per employee charge I would be paying $5 per employee extra as they were not willing to budge until I found the email. Do not stand by their sales persons statements.

I did not record our webinar…..but he knows what was said. I have 2 witnesses to his statement and am willing to go to court over this.
Just like he also said it was all inclusive pricing during the webinar and when we added employees the tried to charge us extra. Luckily I had reiterated the all-inclusive by email so I had back up on that. Shame on me for taking his word on anything.
Total waist of company resources. I asked you to remove the Nextraq connect it’s still there. There is also another invoice #FCH014824 for 57.49 no idea what that is for but I will not pay it or any other invoices moving forward.
I agree with the other people reporting on this company. I was sent an email and told I have a bill, however I do not have an account with them. We have another company that provides our service.
These folks run a very interesting scam on business owners. I run a limousine service and they are a fleet tracking provider. Watch your email and be carefull! They send out random past due notices with a link to pay. If your busy and have a few services this may grab your attention......The rip-off...I have no account with these people and untill recieving the email had never heard of them! They WILL try to swindle you into paying money you don't owe for a service you don't have! A call to another local company (also not a nextraq customer) confirmed that they send out general emails to fleet business in an attempt to get payment from people they don't even provide a service to!
