Very Poor Service

I ordered a heater core for overnight delivery. It took over 10 days to arrive. I asked for a refund on overnight shipping but they never replied. To top it off, they sent me the wrong heater core. I would NEVER do business with these people.

I needed to order a oil dipstick for a 2004 Volvo S60. I Googled the item and this company was one that pulled up showing the item and the cost of $12.89 + $8.99 shipping. I placed the order and printed the Customer Invoice which also says Product Name: 2004 Volvo S60 Engine Oil Dipstick. I received the item and it did not fit. The company says it is my fault for ordering the wrong part but it was their website that suggested the part.

See the company replies below:

You googled. We won't google. We work specifically on car parts. You go to any dealership and they do the same thing we do. A customer mistake, thinking they know how to order car parts. I understand your frustration however this is still a customer order error. I have sent you the return instructions. The most I can do is waive the restock but, if you are looking for a refund you will need to return our items. The part you need is W0133-1892412.

This company is out to decieve the public. I am aware I received the wrong part but when ordering this company does not go by part# when searching the web for parts. Never once did it ask any question that would allow my to think there could be more than one choice. Most people ordering parts on the web are not (experts) as they call it. Here are some strange issues also: The Customer Invoice has the business as being located in Mary Esther, Florida. The packing slip on the order has a business address of San Clemente, California. The actual return address on the shipping label has the item shipping from Norcross, GA. The address I am required to return the item to is Torrance, CA. When filing this complaint it has the business as being located in New York. My issue is the company says ordering the wrong item is my fault and wants me to pay to ship it to CA. This is going to cost $12 which is about the same cost of the item. The only mistake I made was ordering from this company and I hope to help other non-experts from making the same mistake. If you do a search for Oil Dipstick for 2004 Volvo S60 you will see NextdayAuto and this item for $12.89. Click on that item and it will give the following product information: 2004 Volvo S60 - Engine Oil Dipstick Brand: Professional Parts Sweden Part#: WX-4805782 Desc: Engine Oil Dipstick for 2004 Volvo S60 . Made by Professional Parts Sweden (Professional Parts Sweden) The part# on my invoice and packing slip is: W0133-1892662 which is not the same part# they show on their website but they both are for the same product. The only way to find the part they say I need is to search the part with their number W0133-1892412 but even that product comes up as being: 2004 Volvo S60 - Engine Oil Dipstick Brand: Professional Parts Sweden Part#: WX-4978182 Desc: Engine Oil Dipstick for 2004 Volvo S60 L5 2.3/L5 2.4 . Made by Professional Parts Sweden (Professional Parts Sweden) Why did this option not appear when I Googled the item and how was I supposed to know their numbers compared to the other part numbers etc.? I am sure I am not the only person that has fell into this scam trap.
