I notice this often on 55th ave in elmhurst and corona queens at night. Also along otis ave in corona queens from 108 st to horace harding expressway. I can walk slowly and be followed by a vehicle that may have a officer with police flash lights with them. I tend to cover up because its cold out and so they do not somehow have to see what i look like, assuming they target race.
Explanation: These are links that directly proves there are divisions and or teams involved in undercover teams doing work i assume at all hours of the day and or night. This is originally created since 9/11 and effective after in solving crime and or preventing crime, see the link Exhibit B. Enough research can show they do have teams involved but i feel it is being used to simply stalk users and or follow for some reason.
How to spot them:
- Some ordinary license plates like ABC-1234.
- Some have other license plates like ABCD-123.
- Some have tinted windows while others do not. They seem to change this at times.
- They are agressive drivers and will utilize any speed to follow someone and may carry flashlights.
Secondly: they have NYPD helicopers that fly out of floyd bennet field to assist with the local precincts. See Exibit C, attached. Or lookup "New York City Police Department Aviation Unit", see the following
- One actual vehicle description spotted in my area:
- Older grey/tan vehicle with tinted windows; taped up gas pump area on the side. They may see this and throw it out, but i have what i need and will upload as needed.
In my case any vehicles suspected of harassing and or following me and or anyone will be documented here even with photos and or videos, with license plates listed here.

Their vehicles usually stay running even if they appear as parked so they can leave and follow at a moments notice and will drive like a police officers running red lights to follow someone or observe behavior at a moment’s notice.
