Please review Better Business Bureau's complaints before doing business with this company. This company is very unprofessional! They have no phone etiquette and are extremely rude. Upon the first line of communication, the relocation representative Debra was helpful and seem to be knowledgeable about the industry. When she contacted me, I was on the other line providing my credit card number for same-day service to a shipping expert.

She informed me that if a company stated they can do same-day shipping it's a lie and they may be scamming me. After that, I felt comfortable using New Way since they provided a contract that I signed. After paying their $125 broker fee she stated the car transport was scheduled for next-day service. Thirty minutes later a service provider dispatch contacts me and said their driver can arrive in 45 mins to take the car the same day, but the few will be $100 more than I was contracted for. At this point, I now feel New Way is scamming me.

This prompted me to contact the New Way customer service department to get clarification on the matter. The customer service rep answered the phone and before I could explain the reason for my call, she cut me off saying that we provide a time frame, not a particular pick-up time. I kindly ask her to hear what I am calling for before cutting me off and making assumptions about my needs. She then said you are very rude, please write an email and hung up the phone. Now I am appalled that she rudely hung up, so I called back to ask her what her name was so I can write a review on her horrible customer service.

She answered again and said "don't worry what's my name is and hung up again" The next time I called Rosa the dispatch agent (who is very kind) answered the call. She allowed me to explain myself and get clarification. She also apologized for the rude agent hanging up on me twice but no one would give her name though. After that, I mentioned I will come to your office to speak with a manager and complain about that rude agent that no one knows who she is. Two minutes after that, the rude lady calls and threatened to cancel my agreement and send a full refund back to my bank and informed me that if I show up at their office she will call the police and have me arrested for trespassing.

This is not how you treat paying customers. Please do your research before shipping your vehicle. Once they have your money they will treat you like cattle.

I found New Way Moving Services from online and I inquired about shipping a vehicle from Missouri to Louisiana. I spoke with a salesperson with name Sam in early April 2017 and she promised the vehicle would be picked up and delivered within certain days. It sounded fine and then she charged my credit card for $175 deposit. About a half hour later she emailed me Service contact to sign. When I read the contract I found out the dates for picking up are way different from what she promised over the phone. I called her back and told her the dates would not work for me and requested for refund. She transferred me to her supervisor names Mary who said the contract is standard and she would add a note to it. Later the day she sent me the "revised contract" via email which looked same to me. Therefore, I did not sign any contract, and I emailed and called back to cancel the shipping. The salesperson said the refund is handled by Billing Department and she informed them.

On April 21, I received email for Elizabeth Allen from Billing Department who asked me to acknowledge that I am eligible for full refund. She attached a release form in the email asking me to sign in order to process refund which I did the same day. She also informed me that refund takes 7-14 business days. I called back early May and spoke with Rachael from the Billing Department who told me the refund check was mailed out. Two weeks later, I did not receive the check and called back again, the Billing Department never answered phone. Like usual I called Sam who transferred to Rachael who said she would void the check and refund the deposit back to my credit card. That has not happened up to June 18th, 2017. Meanwhile I contacted the company several times after multiple efforts trying to speak to a person (most times the call was directed to voice mail, the messages I have left on the voice mail has never been returned). I was told by Rachael in the Billing Department that the refund was issued a month ago and she has no idea how long it will take to be accredited to my credit card and that is up to my credit card bank.

This is flat lie. My credit card bank does not delay refund to my account by a month. She has not been honest to me and tried different tactics to withhold my deposit as long as possible. This company is the worst deceptive who just cares about take your money. As soon as you give them your credit card information it is very hard to get refund even I DID NOT sign any contract at all and requested refund the same day they took my deposit. It's been 2 months and they still refuse to issue refund though they clearly agreed to full refund. I strongly discourage anyone who might think about doing business with New Way Moving if you don't want nightmare experience. Take your business elsewhere.

Scam

It's the same review on all websites. They take your reservation fee. Then nothing happens car is not picked up. Customer service is rude and they won't refund the money. Don't do it.

Just read the reviews. All the same they give you a low quote. Take your reservation fee then nothing happens they won't pick up the car or refund your money. The customer service becomes rude. Don't waste your money.

Best auto transport

I was scammed by 2 other companies who gave me false promises until I got a call from New way moving. They gave me an honest quote and moved my VW within 24 hours. They are the expert they will deliver their promises, different from others out there.

New way movers will scam you out of money. When they owe you, they won't answer, just send you to voicemail. Do not use this service
