Joesph Aka Willy Childers is the leader of an elaborate transportation scam. He used me as a freight consultant as a outside contractor to find trucking companies that would haul his freight. He would have me send the trucking companies information about loads that needed to be picked up then when the bills started coming in he would tell the carrier the bills weren't his, they were the 2 shell companies that he created bills. Emerald Pacific Resources CFO is a guy by the name Wojteck Zarzeki. This would go on for few years before I had realized the scheme. I recently found out that they owed trucking companies 100s of thousands of dollars they moved there plastic resins essentially free.
