Bought home from them 2 years ago they keep saying we miss paymemts and sending eviction notices they tell u its rent to own home but in fact u will never own it after having a lawyer go through their shady contract we signed it never gurantees ownership just a clause u may purchase it at full price u will not get a contract of deed or guarantor stating u ownership after u pay all payments and if u go to courthouse and search deed its not recorded in your name as even being in that property they operate under new era amd heartland homes also southeast homes Clayton and Clayton properties caring community and also easy own homes save your money and rent at least you will live im a decent place a landlord maintains and not u all their homes are as is and a lot of work must be done and they have u sign a triple net lease which means u fix the house maintain it and yard amd never own it so u rent a dump and u do all the work
New era finance wasn't supposed to legally sell this house from what a lake person said and water pipes are going to be cut. Don't understand. An inspector came out here and it's up to code now and new era is supposed to be paying lake fees.
Rented a place on the lake, now lake people saying new era finance are not even supposed to sell this place and that they are going to go around and cut water pipes. Put a lot of money and work into this house. Even had an inspector come out. It's ridiculous. It's like new era is stealing money. Get you to get into their place then have to move BC they are illegally renting houses. This place was trash until we got a hold of it. These people need to lose their business and might have to contact an attorney.
