The Nevada Medical Board is supposed to investigate and discipline doctors who commit malpractice. My orthopedic surgeon in Henderson, Nevada, commited numerous acts of malpractice and caused me severe and permanent pain and suffering.
It took the Medical Board almost 2 1/2 years to review my complaint. They finally sent a letter saying they would do nothing. It was clear they never had any intention of doing their job.
This surgeon has a high rate of infection among his patients and puts many of his patients through multiple surgeries.
This Medical Board is completely ineffective. They need to shut it down or replace all of the employees and start over.
I reported Troy J Schumacher in Pahrump for smoking pot. I know he does on a very personal level. I reported it and the medical board threatened to prosecute me. From what I understand he has a friend that works there. So who investigates the medical board???????
