The online ad for Neurofuse included Stephen Hawking and other stars promoting the boosted brain power and mental acuity offered by this product. Trial packet could be had for shipping price of $5.95.

After ordering this product, you were called and badgered (correct) to buy a sister product, Neurorise, needed to enhance Neurofuse. Same deal $5.95 for a trial packet. At that time I asked about cancellations and was told that the product(s) had to be cancelled within 14 days or shipments of $59 or $55 (can't remember which) would be automatically sent to the billing address.

Upon arrival of one package containing two bottle of gelatin capsules marked Neurofuse and Neurorise respectively, I found no information regarding terms of cancellation, no phone numbers and no way to reach company.

Upon examination of the bottles with a magnifying glass, because nothing could possibly read without such, I found that each bottle contained the exact same ingredients, Vitamin D3, 667iu, VitaminB6 (Pyridoxine) 3.3mg., and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 33.1mcg., Neurofuse Blend (Caffeine, Lipoic Acid, etc.) 903mg. They didn't even bother to make the gelatin capsules a different color - the type too small to read was deception enough.

The fact that there was no real street address or information about cancellation, or phone number to call, or stating that the one product needed the other to work properly, or making the text too small to read AND the fact that the dosage provided was for one week and was basically nothing new in the supplemnt market makes it suspect.

I never got a sample and they already charge $79.98, I called customer service and they refused to refund the wrong charge when in the website that i took pictures off says very clear 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for 30 days and I not even got the chance to try the product that suppossed to be for 14 days taking 2 pills a day and the operator i talked to said to me that the sample was of 10 pills, so

The online ad for Neurofuse shows comments and support for the product from famous people such as Anderson Cooper. The online ad is for a free sample of the Neurofuse, an alleged brain boosting supplement, for just a $4.94 shipping cost. But, when signing up for the free sample, the online ad steers the customer to also buy Neuromega for $34.00 -- which I did not want and did not accept. Then, after giving my credit card info, I discovered that I was automatically signed up for both the free sample of Neurofuse for $4.94 plus a $34.00 bottle of Neuromega (whatever that is). PLUS, I found out AFTER the order was placed that the order includes an automatic monthly shipment of both products at a higher cost UNLESS I cancel my "subscription/membership". I was never informed of this in advance during the online ordering process.

I was able to call the toll free number right away (877-388-5875) and cancel the entire order and I will receive no products and no charge as I requested. It was a struggle on the phone getting them to cancel the entire order since they kept pushing alternative options that included some charges and some products shipped. But, again, I was able to cancel the entire order by calling the number.

My point is just to BE CAREFUL before ordering either of these products online. The online ordering process is misleadiing and deceptive in my opinion. So, before you place the order, read everything very carefully, especially when giving your credit card information.
