Networx Online Solutions LLC Reviews

  • Apr 12, 2017

I was contacted by Steven McKnight from Home Net Profits. He referred to his company as an affiliate of Amazon. They find people in certain area codes that would like to make money online. They seek out individuals and then have you work with Networx Online Solutions, LLC. He quoted that it would be $475. to sign up for the program. I paid via credit card over the phone. He told me Mark Kimball would be calling me to set up the marketing. They asked what I would be interested in selling on a website and I said electronics. I was given some examples of names that could be used for the website and I chose Tons of Tronics. Mark would set up the website and do the marketing, and do a press release to get things moving along. When Mark and I talked by phone he requested $8000. I was told that if I did not make all that I had invested within 90 days, that all the money would be refunded. The business should take off and should do so well that within a year or so I could sell the website and make additional money off the sell of it. I told him I did not have $8000. to invest, but could possibly invest $3000. Mark Kimball called daily encouraging me to invest. The money was wired to Networx Online Solutions, LLC. I never talked with Mark again. I have called his cell phone number(4804094345) multiple times and get no answer. I have talked to customer service with Networx Online Solutions, LLC (8885040933) 13 times, I was promised a copy of the press release they said they did, none was ever sent. I have called and left messages from customer service 21 times, as well as to Mark Kimball with no calls back. In March of 2016, I sent an email requesting my money back. No response. I sent certified letters in July and September that were signed for, but no response. All asking for my money back. The last I talked to anyone in customer service was Nov 2015. They said management would be looking into it. No response. In December of 2016,I contacted the Minnesota States Attorneys office. She has sent 4 letters with no response. I had googled the name of this company before investing and it all looked legitimate. I looked at their website. I just did this a feel days ago and found lots of complains and fillings of fraud. Many have my same story, some losing $30000. I tried calling customer service a few days ago and the phone has been disconnected. No one has ever been able to use the website.

In April 2016 I hired Networx Online Solutions to create a website and market it for me. I was looking for some additional income and wanted to try the internet. At first I paid them $240 to create the website. Later I spoke with Mark Kimball about a marketing package where they would run the website placing ads and banners to create revenue. He quoted several different prices. He tried to sell the $6000 package but I can't afford that so I agreed on a $3000 package. I took the money out of my 401k because I really was expecting to put the money back within 90 days. Mark and I spoke in depth about the terms of the contract. I asked him multiple times about the money back guarantee. He said that if they do not make a profit meaning more than $3000 in 90 days I can get a full refund of $3000.

He was very confident that I would make much more than $3000. I read the contract carefully. It stated exactly what Mark had said. Once Mark got the $3000 I did not hear from him again. Instead "Amber" was now my contact. She personally worked on the website. We spoke several times during the 90 days. When the 90 days were up and the website had not made any money Amber suddenly had to go on medical leave. I was patient and waited a month for her to return. When I finally got to speak with her I told her I wanted them to honor the money back guarantee she said ok she will refund me $240. I said that is not was I agreed to with Mark. She said thats all I am gonna get. We argued and I have not seen a cent of my money or heard from Amber at all since then. I have left numerous messages for her.

I could expect to make between $1800 and $2400.00 per month just spending 5 hrs a WEEK cutting and pasting ads as directed by their expert Internet marketing team. I stated my immediate future was unstable and may have to cancel if I had to be admitted to hospital. The telemarketer assured me that I could cancel within 3 days of transaction. I signed an on line agreement which is the only documentation or written correspondence I have from this company.TEXPORT BUSINESS SERVICES LLC 9858 PLANO RD STE 100 DALLAS, TX 75238 817 703 2692....I called and cancelled 3 days after transaction. Hugh Hubbert assured me he would transmit request to cancel, request lat four digits of debit card. He stated he represented 52 companies..IN SHORT the scam is set up as follows; They hook you on low entery fee promising support and revenue stream, then when you call for busines development team you are given 602 535 5651 number to call after being cleared through another number 888 504 0933 Steven McNight (credit card, financial analysis) . This individual sells marketing services for fees like if you pay us $7,000.00 we promise you may expect at least $10,000 an month...So, telemarketing sweeps $420.00 intial they shake you down for what you are willing to give or set up on credit cards, they direct you to your website which is a pre existing website. If you call the company you get and ACD that requests a parties extension number which you never receive....a true boiler room set up to vacuum money from unsuspecting , desperate persons trying to earn an honest buck....These are true criminal scum bags praying on other persons under the guise of doing Affiliated Marketing Partnerships.

I received a telemarketing call October 1st from a telemarketer promising a cash flow of between 1800 and 2400 dollars per month spending as little as 5 hours per week cutting and pasting ads online as directed by Networx Online Solutions LLC Business Development Team. I could expect a website, full support and constant income stream with minimal effort for only $420.00 I explained that I may have to be admitted to hospital and asked what their cancellation policy was. The rep assured me that I could cancel in three days of the transaction. I signed a Docusign agreement hosted by Texport Business Services LLC " Business Online Service" 9858 Plano Rd, Dallas TX 75238, Ph 817 703 2692, Hugh Hubbert. I called Hugh day 3, canceled transaction. he assured me he would forward my request. He asked for last four numbers on Debit card. It is very difficult getting Hugh to answer the phone and he did not return my voicemail. he said he represents 52 companies and his time was limited. I received a call from Melissa, representative of the customer service team scheduling my Business Development Training. I was direct to call Steven McKnight at 888-504-0933. Steven answered the phone right away and asked me detailed questions about my financial situation. Specifically, credit card debt and offered credit card services.Once he was satisfied I was viable he set up another call with an individual telephone number 602-535-5651.He offered market optimization marketing services promising $10k monthly return within 90 days for $7,000.00 fee. He had a method whereby I could set up a credit card for financing while I built enough business to pay off my debt. I asked if he would consider setting up a revenue sharing program , he explained he made a cut off the website already set up, directed me to a website that was built just for me explaining they already spent time and resources waiting for me to pay for marketing to launch it. I explained I was already promised to earn money on my own supported by a business development team. When I told him 1800 to 2400 numbers I was quoted he said that would not be probable , much more marketing would be required to earn that kind of income stream which was my thoughts from the beginning. It was at that point I realized I was in a scam funnel. So I called Melissa back. After several days of trying to get her to return my call, I caught her one day , explained my concerns and she stated she would send the initial marketing package electronically to me assuring me that I could expect to generate the revenue stream promised. I have not to this date received and emails from Melissa. Having 28 years experience in IT and having been part of initial website launches as Software Marketing Direct of the second largest computer products distributor in the world I began t to drill down "my" website. It was development 2010. This was a honeypot site set up to me to spend marketing dollars for nothing a complete SCAM. INshort there exists a boiler room telemarketing group designed to hook persons up with bogus website development for the purpose of generating easy income with little effort and setting up naive or ignorant individuals to spend thousands of dollars on marketing that will never take place. True criminals, scammers. I have noticed them I was beginning a social media blitz regarding their ripoff program, escalating to legal authorities. My wife is a former government attorney who used to participate on local consumer boards so I have professional help in this effort at no cost.
