After several leads that were either no one at all on the other end or they were things that didnt pertain to my line of work, i did a three month trial period that i have been trying to cancel now going on almost a year. Its a real serious issue to cancel a buisness account but this is what they are forceing me to do in order to stop letting them steel $400 from me every month

This company charged me for a lead that was a direct competitor. I even provided them a picture of his website page. I was denied a refund on the lead. They also charged me for a lead in a field that I do not do work in. When signing up I told them that we only did wood fence installations, they sent me a lead for a wrought iron fence we don't do that type of fence but I was denied a refund saying that it was in the field of fencing so therefore I would be charged.

I have tried multiple times to contact the company. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes to speak to someone I was told that I have a case manager and they transferred me to this person who never answers the phone, I wait on hold for so long but the default goes to a voicemail system. I leave my information contact number and still I'm not given a call back. I have asked to be taken off of the list that I no longer wish to do business with this company at all yet I still get leads. I have an account with four other lead providing companies but this one is by far the worst one I have ever worked with. You would be wise not to go with this company.

Run from this company. The contractor's leads they give are awful. But most amazingly, they will not let you cancel. You read that right.

When I phoned to cancel, some boiler room, high pressure monster got on the phone with me, fought with me, argued, put me down, and simply would not cancel the account. A more untrustworthy, dishonest, illegal and awful business I cannot imagine. Do not do business with this scam.

Came across this company on the internet and did an initial signup through their website. Found it strange that there is no pricing available on their site anywhere. Got a call the next day from a very high pressure salesman who every ten words was 'let me get your payment information' and just completely ignored most of the questions i asked or flat out lied. So i checked them out and found this company so desperate for leads that they are spamming craigslist with tons of ads across the nation as handymen, roofers, painters, etc., and all designed to look like they are a local contractor. Then they take these dirt cheap customers and sell them to you at $50 a lead with you thinking they got these leads from their website or google listings. They did finally admit most of their customers leads come from craigslist and no one visits their website and their search engine listings are way down the pages.

Do not trust this company for any reason they are as big of a scam as homeadvisor who does the same thing. Just go post free ads on craigslist like they do and save the $50 a lead.

I am looking for lead services for my new company. In this process I have many companies replying to my internet queries. Well that's how I ran into Networx. Now I have only had an interaction with a single employee, I believe after being in similar phone sales positions over the last 25 years I believe wholeheartedly that tit is part of the corporate culture that allows animals like this salesman thrive. After requesting a phone call from Networx over the weekend i recieve a call from this guy. As soon as he started his rap I could tell he was a shark and I was not interested in doing business with his company. I however indulged him and my partner and I both listened for several minutes and thought about what he was offering. At the point where he asked for a good size deposit into our new account that the company would debit after each supposed "quality lead" they sent us. My partner and I decided the process to dispute what exactly is a quality lead and if we disagreed with the company it would take uop to 10 business days to recieve a credit in our account after the company reviewed the lead and decided that we we due a refund.

I am speaking with other such lad generation companies and I felt that I could do better. I politely explained that we probably weren't interested in going forward but after doing our due dilliegence and speaking with other companies would might call him back and do business. The gentleman who's name I didn't catch, immediately went on the defensive, to the point that my partner and I both decided we should just hang up. Well this yahoo wouldn't accept that... he called back from a different number and asked me what my problem was? I was understandable irritated. I told him that if there was ever any chance of doing business with him or his company, Networx, that he has just sealed their fate. I doubt he heard any of that as he was talking over me. At this point several insults were exchanged between us both and the conversation should have been over. NOPE! This waste of breath called me back a THIRD time from yet another different phone number!!

That conversation was pretty filled with bad langauge on my part. I then hung up. He called back at least one more time, I believe. It was a different number, but from a similar area code, so who knows. Bottom line is if this putz can call and harass his "supposed" would be customers I can imagine what speaking with "customer service" must be like if I foolishly became a client of Networx!! Plus after spending time in his chair, I am sure that the powers that be CONDONE if not ENCOURAGE this type of PREDATORY sales tactics.

I have been a salesman basically most of my adult life and If i'm appalled...do yoursef a favor...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Be aware of this company! They have very very good salespeople they will promise you the moon! Be aware especially of the lead system 90% of leads are bogus! I was out of $500 for exclusive leads and was able to get ahold of only two out of 15 and both of those two did not become jobs

I signed up with networx for leads and paid $125.00 for the first month. After 2 days and because of their poor performance I canceled my membership and demanded my money back. They refuse to pay the 125.00 the time I got no business at all. They are a bunch of thieves. Their best lead was a home at INDIANA to go there from Chicago and...clean the gutters! beware from Paul and Brian

I submitted an inquiry throgh networx.com for some routine plumbing work. They sent back four referrals for "five-star" plumbers, and we hired one of them. Their referral turned out to be a complete fraud: he did shoddy work at overpriced rates, and his work had to be completely torn out and replaced less than two years later.

I wrote up a review of this plumber's work, laying out the facts of our interaction and the poor results.

Seems pretty clear that networx is not an objective referral service like angie's list, but an advertising service masquerading as a review service - it is not interested in honesty or customer service.
