This company does not pay their bills. After waiting 6-8 months with collection efforts, they still take a discount for processing payment. They do not answer their phones. Their IVR system does not work and they use all of these excuses for not making payment. Invoices, sign off sheets and before and after pictures are loaded to their website portal with vendor login and then they just stay in the same location. After they are uploaded, they will remained unprocessed for months on end and if you are fortunate enough to get them to pay it usually takes 6-8 months.
