The sales Represesitive showed to 2 different solar systems. We went with the bigger and more expensive system along with a battery back up. We where promsied several times that we would never have to pull power off of the Grid. We where told several times our SRP bill would be $32.00 a month for handling and we would be getting a monthly credit.
At first we where paying $200.00 a month for the solar system plus still getting a electric bill for over $200.00, when we called they stated being in the triple digits for the outside temperature, everyone is pulling more power. We let it go at that untell we went on vacation.
The second week of September, we where out of town for the whole week, everything was turned off in the house, including the AC and the hot tub. the only things running was 2 refriferators and 1 deep freezer. To our surprise when we returned, we still used more power then what was produced. there was not any big difference from the prior weeks.
We called N-ERGY solutions and started questioning the system. next thing we know they shut the system completely off for a few days. They sent inspctors out too check it out, they stated everything is operating as designed. Now when calling the company and complaining, the start to lecture us on we do not understand the system and everything is operating as designed,
We just made our montly $200.00 payment for the system, plus $110.00 payment to the electric company for last month, which keep in mind we where gone for a whole week, and it was a short month.
I am sorry, yes we do not understand the solar system and power conversion, we are spending $44,000 with them and we want what we where promise, everytime we talk to them now, they talk very condensending. We just want what we where originally promised when spending this kind of money.
