Regarding Aaron Fhima, I highly recommend seeking advise or legal representation from someone else. This individual, despite being a licensed attorney lacked the ability to read a simple insurance contract. Essentially all he did was blow steam out his a**!!! Aside from that this individual misrepresented himself on several other accounts. One that comes to mind are statements regarding pursuing claims against the doctor. Here, it’s is now clear that Mr.Fhima never intended to even attempt to bring forth a claim. Instead he tried to bulls*** me into believing he actually cared, when his real motives were to secure only his monies from my policy. Said individual made outrageous claims at each turn of case regarding policy related matters. One thing that troubles me is how he failed to pay four (4) creditors despite being given all information pertaining to said creditors. This establishes how Mr. Fhima lacks fundamental reading comprehension skills that are required of licensed lawyers.
Accordingly, this individual and his firm are not competent to prosecute even the simplest of cases. This individual was paid 33.3% which worked at to be a little more than 100k. It perplexes me on how stupid and incompetent this individual represented himself and handled my case . If you want to be heard and have you case(s) in its entirety to be without incident, headache etc., I recommend going elsewhere . In my opinion this individual dismisses concernsfrom clients which is evident by looking at my case/experience . Even through settlement monies have been paid,my family and I are still disputing certain things with insurance company. Does not making sense, Mr. Fhima was paid over 100k. Hence, why must I perform his duties? Again, this individual and his firm are greedy and only care about themselves, getting paid and moving on. Here this firm misrepresented themselves and failed to finish the job they were hired to perform. (Will file complaint with CA bar). You would be wise and stay away from Mr. Fhima and his associates.
