On February 21, 2019, I submitted all my original tax document for 2017 and 2018 to Nichole Elliott-Little of NE Consulting, CPA so she can file my taxes. On April 16, 2019, Mrs. Elliot and I had a disagreement because she stated I had too many questions which upset her. I am not knowledgeable about filing taxes that is why I hired Mrs. Elliott-Little and I believe I should be able to ask questions to get a full understand.
Instead, Mrs. Elliott-Little got mad and refused to work with me. I was in agreeance and I asked for the original forms back. I made no copies because I have worked with Mrs. Elliott-Little for years and never had any reason to doubt her professionalism until now. I have sent multiple emails, texts, and phone calls in an effort to get my forms back and Mrs. Elliott-Little refuses to send back my personal tax forms.
