I paid for health insurance may 2017, then in august of 2017 the canceled my policy for non payment, yet I have statements from my bank where they were continuing to take payments out. When I called to get my money back I was told they could only get me 75 to 150 dollars back.

I understand I have claims against my ex plan. That's not the issue, it's the dismemberment and death. 975 dollars they wont refund back. I have canceled my bank card so they cant get money out anymore.

I'm out on disability and have a limited amount of money coming in and they took advantage of it. When I thought my medical was paying it was canceled. Now I'm over 5000.00 in debt that I cant pay in medical Bill's and dont know how I'm gonna get them paid.

I'm seeking a lawyer and see what I can do to get my money back. This is not good business practice. I didnt find out about my insurance being canceled till Sept. 2018.

I got a call from Eric at Nationwide, stating they were trying to collect a past-due charge for a product I ordered in Sept. 2014. I asked if I could call them back so I could check it out as I didn't recognize the charge of $139.97. I looked thru my records and couldn't find anything like it. So I called them back and talked to Derrick and told him I had no record of this charge and wondered why the company hadn't billed me, since they had my address and email address??

I told him I wasn't going to pay it. He, then, dropped the charge to $90.00. I still wasn't going to pay it. He, then, gave me their Fax number where I could send in a rebuttal.

Both Eric and Derrick, had an accent similar to those from India,

Nationwide Car Insurance took more money out of my bank acct. Than authorized. When asked why they did that, they said. " People are getting in wrecks and someone has to pay for them" I never got a letter or anything saying my policy was going up. Never got in a wreck or ticket the whole time I was with them.
