Two days before Thanksgiving we experience a very bad blow back by our furnace. After dealing with the Insurance company, our claim was approved.

I contacted the bank previously to receiving the check to determine exactly what I needed to include with the Insurtance Check. I was told, just send the check with the claim number and loan number, and the turn around time was 2 - 3 days.

The day the check arrived I called Nationstar once more to confirm their address, and was told at this time that I needed all kinds of paper work from the prospective contactors. A signed contract, a Waiver of Lein and a W9 and a copy of the Adjustor report. It took some time to gather the information.

All requested paperwork was sent to Nationstar, PriortyMail, received by them on 3/24/17 at 10:30 AM, their time. (They are located in Ohio), They claim they recieved it on 3/27/17, I asked where it was for 3 days.

After waiting 10 days I called them and was told that the funds were escrowed and my loan number was missing from one of the contractors paperwork. I express the fact that no one had contacted me from the bank and why not. It was presented to a supervisor, who approved the paper as it was. After all it is their loan..

However then I was told that they did not like the Waiver of Lein submitted by Empire Carpet (however it was a legal form) and it would be submitted to a higher supervisory committee, which could take approximately 5 more days.

It is now 3 weeks with no end in site, it seems that as soon as I settle one problem there is another..( It is now April 11, 2017)

Just as an aside the total owed on my mortgage is $49,000.

I guess this Bank must be in financial problems that they need to keep my $30,000. We are living with the sout and smell of the blow back, but we can not afford to live elsewhere.

Is this behavior legal????

My husband and I found a house for sale that was exactly what we have been looking for. We drove past the house then had a realtor show us the inside. The house was a foreclosure and had been on the market for over 6 months already. We applied for our mortgage before putting in an offer, to make sure we could even buy it. As soon as we got the word, we submitted our offer. The bank countered, wanting a higher purchase price and a higher earnest money deposit.

Our realtor was stumped by why they would want a higher EMD, since it is our money that goes to our closing costs and the amount we offered was suitable and fair. We countered, meeting them in the middle on the purchase price but keeping the EMD the same. We set the time to respond and submitted again. Like the previous offer, our realtor had to call the other agent, well after the offer expired to find out what was going on. The response this time was that there was another offer and we needed to submit our best and final offer.

This seemed very fishy to us but we went ahead and submitted our offer at what they countered, including the higher EMD. That was a Thursday afternoon. We asked to have an answer by 10 Friday and ofcourse, nothing. Our realtor reached out all weekend and never heard back from the other agent. Suddenly she received and email Monday (which was a Holiday) stating that they accepted our offer. The email included two attachments for us to sign. One was a standard form. The other was the sellers addendum, which is common in foreclosures to protect the bank. Our agent had ask to see this addendum previously and it was not provided.

The first red flag was that the email with the attachment stated that they wanted to give us 14 days for inspections and close in 28 days. The addendum stated that we only had 7 days for inspections. They house currently has no utilities and we have to have them turned on for inspections. Only giving us 7 days is almost impossible. They did say that they would change that to the 14 days.

The second red flag was the following paragraph:

Within fifteen (15) days from the Effective Date of the Contract the Earnest Money shall become nonrefundable. In the event the Contract provides for the release of the Earnest Money to Seller, execution of this Addendum by the Buyer will serve as written release and the only release necessary, for the Escrow Company, or closing agent to immediately release the Earnest Money as such to the seller.

The only reason that EMD are not returned are if you do not purchase the house without good cause. There is no way I could have gotten that house appraised in 15 days to make sure my financing would have gone through, that is if I got all the inspections done and they all passed. That paragraph made me feel like that was the reason why they wanted a higher EMD, they planned to keep it. We asked for that to be removed and they refused. They did agree they we could add an addendum that stated it would be refunded if financing fell through. Only problem with that is, Their addendum stated that it rules. If there are any conflicts between the contract and addendum or and other addendum, theirs ruled, so ours wouldn't matter.

The third red flag was this paragraph:

Seller shall have the absolute and unilateral right to terminate the Contract at any time prior to and including the date of closing, without cause, upon written notification delivered to the Buyer. In the event Seller exercises its right to terminate the Contract, Buyer’s sole remedy shall be to receive a return of the Buyer’s Earnest Money deposit, and the parties shall thereafter be relieved of all obligations under the terms of this Contract and all addenda.

The right to terminate was the final straw for us. Inspections are not cheap and this house has a septic and a well, which require separate inspections. I could have spent anywhere from $1500 to $2000 for inspections, then god knows what for any needed repairs, only to have them cancel the whole deal the day before closing. And they only thing they would owe me would be MY $1500 EMD. I would lose the rest of my money. As much as I loved this house and had already mentally placed my furniture and picked out what floor and new counters I wanted, I could not risk losing money like that.

With tax season approaching, I worry about someone who may be so excited to buy a house that they don't catch these items. I would hate to see someone get taken advantage of.

We had a severe hailstorm on June 12, 2017. My home mortgage is serviced by Nationstar Mortgage, now Mr. Cooper Mortgage. The damages to my home exceeded $47K and the insurance check was sent to Nationstar for their signature. It is now the middle of September 2017 and Nationstar has not released any funds tward the repairs. I have phoned, e-mailed and sent hard letters to no avail. The sent a package which I filled out and now they have sent a different package that includes fees that will be added to my mtg. I have told them this is unacceptable. No responce. It would be my guess that the escrowed funds must be substantial and perhaps a lawsuit is warrented.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC Is running a criminal predatory operation that is seizing homes illegally using loan origination fraud and Loan Servicing fraud. I have documented them taking homes they did not own and reselling them as a subcontractor for them.

It got personal because they eventually tried to steal my mom's home using fraud. My senior citizen mother and her husband were victims of loan origination fraud. They were given a false loan packet with items left off intentionally to make it appear that their payment had went down. Even if this was an accident it had to be corrected in order for the loan to be valid. we know we have an illegal loan and Nationstar still trying to collect it.

This loan origination fraud cause her house payment to double even though it was on a fixed interest rate and this never should have happened

The most horrifying part of the story is when my mother's husband died and she became a widow unexpectedly. The mortgage Bank stole $1,500 from her escrow account and doubled their house payment in an attempt to illegally steal her home again after first fraud attempt failed.

We have documented false and misleading statements illegal math and countless illegal Acts and statements from Nationstar and now they are hiding and not returning any phone calls or emails from us. We need your help desperately and you need to protect the senior citizens of Florida from this criminal wave.

I am an industry Insider that turned whistleblower so I have all kinds of inside information on this company but the more pressing matter is protecting my mother saving her home from these criminals and getting this loan forgiven as required by law.

Nationstar Mortgage has an f rated Better Business Bureau rating and the worst customer service rating anybody has probably ever seen yet they are still servicing government loans and I believe they service one out of every five mortgage currently so this is a huge story and a lot of crime.

Nationstar was fully aware of home they did not own and they are fully aware that they are breaking the law and they simply have no desire to care.

AVOID NATIONSTAR AND PLEASE ASK THE US GOVERNMENT TO REVOKE THEIR LICENSE TO OPERATE.

In order to save my house due to a layoff, Nationstar had me sign a loan modification. This modification took my interest rate from 6.5% to 11.12% (obsurd), but was trying to save my home. They informed me that after two years of consistent on-time payments, we could revisit this and get the interest rate back down. Each time they sent someone to do the appraisal (at $400 each time), the value kept decreasing even though I was constantly sinking money into the home. I am still at the same rate after 8 years of this. It appears that I will never get this house paid off. It is ludacris to think that this is even legal. They are the worst that I have ever dealt with, and half tempted to let the house go, so that way I never would have to deal with them again.

This company charges for fees and then can not expain why. They charge a maintance fee and other bogust fees. There is over 900 complaints just on this site about this scam artist practice but yet no onw has done anything about the frauderlent practice of this comapnay and many others. We the people seem to have no rights and no say about anything this and other companies are doing to people who are trying to survive. This one of many reason Natiostar use to be Centex Morgage and was shut down for fraud and then also Champion Mortgage and was shut down for the same reason.

All these companies do after the first company is closed is reapply for a new license under a" different name and switch a few names around and then proceed ripping people off as they have been doing. They have been Nationstar nor their attorney here in Florida wants to listen so now we see that we the people don't matter in anything they just want to destroy all of us hard workers and disabled people. This company I would tell you if you are getting Nationstar Mortgage or any of their affiliate companies run as fast as you can and get rid of them.

I had a mortgage that was easy for me to afford and now I have a mess in a half, beware if you land up with them for they seem good for a long time and then they get you when you least expect it. Not counting they don't let IRS know that you paid taxes on the mortgage for the year if you catch it up to date before the new tax season. BEWARE IF YOU LAND UP WITH THEM AND IF YOU HAVE THEM WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK AS THEY SAY; "BUYER BEWARE"!!!!!

Nationstar Mortgage is unscrupulous in their practices, provide me with no notification of foreclosure or loan mod options. I got one notice calling the loan due in full. My $64,000 balance had overnight escalated to a $107,000 payoff according to Nationstar and no justification or itimeized charges sheet has ever been provided. They jacked our payment and then whenever the statements stop coming they would not tell us our monthly payment amounts so we were left to guess at our ever increasing payment on our "fixed rate loan" At this point they've stripped almost $50k of our equity and we have yet to get any notices, or calls or statements except for the one letter on our door explaining we owed $107k immediately! Guys, stand up to this company and FIGHT Back! Report, Report, Report!!! They MUST BE STOPPED! They have shattered to many lives!!! PLEASE report to your local agencies or the commissioner of banks in your state and they will guide you on the proper steps to take!!! Nationstar Mortgage is a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION NOT A LOAN COMPANY!! Lets collectively take them down!!

Nationstar Mortgage raised my mortgage payment by 3-times, after I entered the final quarter of payments, stating that my taxes were delinquent. Every year I've been on a plan to pay the taxes in installments. Out of the blue, Nationstar no longer wants to honor the installment agreement, even though I've never been late with the payments. I decided to pay the total amount off and Nationstar screwed around for weeks, pretending like they were trying to find a payoff balance. I was given a payoff sheet that said that I had until 09/30/2016 to pay off.

I wired the entire amount on 09/28/2016. On 09/29/2016 I called to verify receipt of the funds and was told that I missed the cut-off of 09/22/2016, which was not mentioned in the document that stated the pay-off amount. Now they are saying that I owe another full months mortgage for October/2016. They have received the pay-off and I don't want to pay them another dime. Please help.

Furthermore, everybody with a complalint about Nationstar should file a complaint with "ConsumerFinance.gov". This will certainly help get a CLASS ACTION started with enough complaints.

This is a true story of what took place at Madera Court House, California, September 8, 2016. I watched my home sold at a completely fraudulent and fake Trustee Sale that defied every foreclosure auction video on You Tube and every discussion about foreclosure sales. I do not believe that anyone watching the scene that I watched, would say, that what took place seemed like a legitimate home foreclosure auction.

The auctioneer did not know who Aztec Foreclosure was. He did not know who xone.com was. He was not involved with Nationstar Mortgage. He did not say who he was, such as a lawyer or representative of Nationstar, but mentioned the name of a company, not associated with Nationstar. He arrived with a red headed female, who seemed rather unpleasant and rude. Two other females arrived a couple of minutes after that. It appeared that the three knew each other. There were just 5 people for this auction. Only 5 people for a 3 bedroom house on an acre, and they just sat on the grass like people who knew each other having a conversation.

After the bidding, about 3 minutes, the three women walked away together in the same direction. Those three females were there to hike the bid. Nationstar Mortgage had a older gentleman there to buy the property they foreclosed on. This gentleman told me that Nationstar called him and told him to be at this auction to buy the property. It seemed to be conducted in a manner to prevent other people from knowing an auction was in progress. It would appear to anyone watching that a few people were sitting on the grass talking to each other, and not at all engaging in a foreclosure auction. There was no appearance of an auction. No professionalism. It was very quiet, almost secretive, by design it seemed. The auctioneer clearly did not want anyone but the attendees to hear anything.

It was a fraud and a complete scam. The three females left so quickly it was like people trying to disappear. I asked the auctioneer if he knew who they were or had any information about them, such as private party or realtor, but he knew nothing. Nothing was logged. It all seemed so fake to me and after some pretended bids by the three women to get the bid up, Nationstar bid the highest, of course, as planned. I watched very closely and it looked so much like the cons you see in movies. I expected a real auction. These people knew each other and very possibly colluded to fix the price. After all, the bid started at less than $18,000, and ended up well over $100,000.

In 2015 charged house insurance on wrong property, They had the loan listed for 300 Jackson Woods Rd, when I am actually living in and buying 135 Pleasant Acres Dr. Had to send in documents proving I was purchasing 135 Pleasant Acres Dr, because 300 Jackson Woods Rd is property that I own and have a clear deed to. During this process they rejected our monthly payments and started charging fees they did not tell us about. After obtaing a lawyer. in October 2015 payments were paid to bring account current.

In July 2016 Nationstar paid taxes on 300 Jackson Woods Rd. which is not the property mortgaged through them. We sent in proof that the taxes had been paid on 135 Pleasant Acres Dr. I am willing to repay Nationstar for the taxes they paid because it is property that I own.

In August requested payoff amount. They have a charge of $1724.47 on payoff. When asked what this was for they stated it was for fees and services fro

In fall 2014 we began a loan modification process with Nationstar mortgage. After filling out a packet and sending supporting documentation, we began a process whereby we were harassed by this company for nine months. The company began asking for paperwork we already sent, claiming they never received certain documents (even though they were included in the packet). We began corresponding via email and sent the documents. We were asked numerous times to send the same documents over, and over, and over again. Not corrected versions of the documents, just the documents themselves. Twice we had to submit updated information because they took so long that the information was considered to be outdated! Finally, after threatening to take action against them, suddenly they had our documentation and it was complete.

We received a phone call on October 28, 2015 advising us that we were approved and have a payment due on November 1st. We were upset with the late notice. They said they had been calling us for weeks. They have two contact phone numbers, our email address and mailing address. As it turns out, they called one phone number and made no other attempt to reach us. In February, they mailed the final paperwork for our loan modification. They arranged and sent out a notary. The paperwork was signed and returned. In March, they said it was the wrong paperwork. They sent corrected documents to include my spouse's name (who is not on the note, by the way) and a notary. The paperwork was signed and returned.

A few days later, my dedicated loan representative left me a voicemail saying there is something wrong with the paperwork. I called back and left a message asking what is wrong THIS time?! And why is there always a problem on their end?! I left a few more messages but he never returned my call. Fast forward to May, we receive a foreclosure notice from the courts. Not our mortgage company. They again claim they tried calling us in April. No mail. No email. No voicemail messages explaining the issue. They said, again, the paperwork we sent is incorrect. Let me rephrase that. ...the paperwork their company drew up, mailed to us, and assigned a notary to complete and file was incorrect. And we are past the deadline to sign the paperwork. Oh....but they are willing to send it out again along with a notary public and "try" to escalate our issue for us. The notary never showed up, nor called --- which leads us to believe there was no notary scheduled or assigned. I don't understand how this company is still in business. If you see Nationstar coming your way RUN away as fast as you can in the other direction. They make Bank of America look like a dream company.

Nationstar sent me a mortgage statement in December 2014 contending they were servicing a loan for the Bank of New York Mellon with a balance exceeding $200,000. I filed a lawsuit and vehemently disputed the debt on my credit report. The lawsuit is currently pending and scheduled for trial in July 2016. On April 22, 2016, Nationstar Updated my credit report indicating my balance is 0.00. Know your rights and demand validation.

I was granted a HAMP(home modification loan) for my primary mortgage owned by Bank of America, who also held my 2nd mortgage. Bank of America transferred my 2nd mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage, who will not modify the 2nd mortgage. The reason is "The investor does not participate" in the loan modification program. I have spoken and written to HUD, a national Consumer Protection organization as well as Nationstar, and can get no support. I don't know why they will not modify a loan that is at 8%, cause I have not paid it and I am placing the house on the market.

My husband and I are retired, disabled, and handicapped senior citizens and our country and mortgage companies and banks seems to be run by groups of non caring, greedy, and wealthy individuals with their feet on my necks. I am in sympathy with anyone having to deal with Nationstar or Bank of America, however all I can offer you are my prayers, because I have no money.

If anyone files a class action or any action against Nationstar and/or Bank of America, you have my permission to include me. If you think I have information that can help you, please email me.

Good luck and God's speed.

Nationstar is at it again. When they bought our mortgage from Cenlar, they claimed " Nationstar never received any escrow monies in the transfer " I had to track down the money myself and prove to their "investigation" that they had it all along. Now comes time to distribute the escrow funds and they fail to pay the homeowner policy. Of course I don't find this out until my insurance company sends me a notice that the policy has expired. Upon calling Nationstar and spending forever on the phone to finally get someone to speak with, they apologize for the "inconvenience " never mind I have no insurance now. More than an "inconvenience " in my book. This is when you learn how slow the wheels turn there. We are promised an overnight check. Which will take 3 days. 3DAYS. What happened to overnight? They refuse to do an electronic check. It is not their protocol. Again they are sorry for the inconvenience. Meanwhile I still have no insurance and they still have my money.

Since August I've been trying to refi with Nationstar, my current mortgage holder. The home is with 1mm and equity is around 700k. I'm getting divorced and need to pay ex-spouse 330k. Asked for cash out refi to pay. My legal deadline was 12/15 to pay ex-spouse. Nationstar said we'd close on 12/18. I heard nothing from then for a week, so i called on 12/17 - only to be told the underwriter had concerns about my alimony. I then furnished proof of additional income, in the form of stock grants (publicly traded stock.) No call, no info on 12/18. I call 12/22 to find processor on vacation till new years; called mortgage officer and he tells me underwriter will not accept stock grants as income. They are causing me to lose my house, be in contempt of court and they could care less. Heartless company. I make 250k / year, alimony is 50k and they think I can't pay 3100 mortgage payment. Insane. I have owned this property and paid the mortgage the past 13 years.

My Mortgage was transferred from Ocwen to Nationstar on November 1. 2015. My last payment was sent to Ocwen on October 27th and the payment to nationstar was aparantly due on November 1, but Ocwen has no record of that payment being recieved, however, I have emailed proof of payment from Chase bank to Nationstar at 2 different email addresses as well as spoke to someone over the phone. The rep I spoke with assured me that it was only the November payment that I was behind and I would not be behind a second payment until December 1st and that the missing payment could be researched and would not affect me for 60 days while it was looked into.

However, I just had a woman TAKING PICTURES OF MY HOME with my children outside!! She said she was taking it for Nationstar and to call them and that they would be taking pictures weekly until my matter with the bank was resolved. This is insane and Harassment! It is Sunday and I can not contact anyone at the URGENT number they said I MUST call when they were taking the picture. After 23 days with this company they are harassing me like this, after I sent payment verification?! This is beyond ridiculous

Bank of America sold my account to Nationstar Mortgage , a collection agency. Why ? I never got an honest explanation.Never before did I skip a payment with BofA .But last year , June 2014 I had a one time only financial setback , I could not make that mtg.pmt. , however immediately I sent it along with the July 2014 pmt.

Ever since Nationstar Mtg has been charging me "out of this world" fees as I continue to make my regular monthly pmts.I have proven so , now they want me to cough up something like $2,500. to be up to date. That sounds like embezzlement and rip off.All because that one setback.

This company, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is criminal. They charge late fees whenever they want and for however much they decide. My loan got sold to them 3 years ago and they have changed without notice, the dealine for payment due date. It started as past due after the 15th of the month, then was moved up to the 11th (I wasnt notified until after a late fee and getting DAILY calls from their customer service reps. The then moved the past due date to the 9th and I think it might be up to the 7th of every month. Further, they reset the rates wuthiut notie, thus changing the minimum payment and ONLY contat customers when payent is past their imaginary due date.

The late fees they charge are more than 10% which I have reported to the state attorney general in addition to the predatory practice of not notifying customers of changes in policy. They are true scumbags and they have a dedicated team to handle complaints. That's how patheitc their company is, that they had to hire people to handle the complaints.

With my many attorney friends, I am contemplating a class action lawsuit against them.

My Mortgage was sold to Nationstar a couple Months Back....it started out with the company sending me letters requesting payment before they even had my Prior Mortgage Information. Apparently they did not even have a "Loan Number" set up for me. I was very leary because I did send my payment to Cenlar, and they told me they did not receive that payment.....after numerous calls and flipping out...that got resolved.

Approximately a month and a half ago I received a letter stating that I did not have a current/active flood insurance policy. Obviously I do and I called them, along with my Insurance Guy who handles my insurances to verify that I infact Do have a current active policy. I spent number hours trying to get it through their head that the policy was good. It was only after the 4th or 5th phone rep who said, "Oh yes you Do have a policy from what I'm seeing here" I thought, "geez what am I in for with this company" Along with that prior mentioned letter there was a seperated letter stating that I may not have sufficient coverage on my Flood Insurance Policy. I questioned them about this and told them in no way shape or form do I intend on purchasing any more Flood Insurance. I've had our policy for all but 10 years and our Mortgage will be paid off in 2 years (owing only 27K) at this point. The guy on the other end of the phone (GET THIS) suggested I lower my Home Owners Policy so there wasn't a gap in the value of our home within the Home Owners Policy and Flood Insurance Police.....I'm thinking ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would I do that.

I realize the Flood Maps in our area have been changed and alot of homeowners were affected, however when I got my last mortgage I got Flood Insurance in accordance with the law and the agreement of THAT mortgage.....and it was good enough then. In fact I'm pretty darn sure it's illegal what they are doing here. How can they Re-write my mortgage basically. We owe so much less then what the property is worth. They would lose nothing if there were a flood.

Anyway.....I did receive yet another letter suggesting we purchase more flood insurance in accordance with "THEIR" policies. Again after numerous.....press this press that....please hold.....Blah Blah Blah....I told the next guy I talked to that I would NOT be purchasing more insurance and more of the same that I told these jerks before. Tonight I get home from work, open my mail and sure enough, they already took money out of my escrow account ($525.60) for Gap Flood Insurance that they purchased FOR me. And the kicker is that it is not even from NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) After My husband and I called them 3 times, requesting to speak to a supervisor right before their closing time....we were hung up on and put on hold with no response 3 times. The last time was 9:02 pm....they closed at 9 and left us hanging. Needless to say I won't get a wink of sleep tonight....I AM LIVID! How is this legal????

As a homeowner I decided to try to use the harp. -hamp program to help me and my family with our struggling mortgage payments as a homeowner I decided to try to use the harp. But after 4 attempts each time I was denied their excuse was I was missing paperwork. So I did my own investigation I found out that I'm not the only one that's missing paperwork every person that has filed for Harp or Hamp program with nation star has been told the same thing. Most of the loans that go to Nationstar are from most countrywide servicing this company was found guilty of mortgage fraud. Nationstar is continuing to do the same thing.. Home owners are being ripped off by nation star

I Have been living in a rental home in Hawaii, the home went into foreclosure in May of 2014 and since then it's been hell.

I've had over 30 realtors come to the house and harass me. In May of 2015 I was contacted via phone by Nation Star and I was asked to tell what has been happening I said everything and I was offered a cash settlement to move out so I no longer have to deal with the stress. I accepted the offer and got ready to leave, 3 days before we were supposed to vacate Nation Star contacted me again via phone and they backed out claiming that the "judge didn't sign 2 papers" and that I can stay till the end of June and that the new offer will be higher. Well it's now August and haven't heard anything since, I have emailed a worker at Nation Star but no response. I have looked into this company and there are tons of complaints and they do nothing.

I worked with Jason Wrighten of Elite Loan services to assist me in obtaining a loan modification. I was assigned a contact person then a Dedicated loan specialist. I was not able to talk to anyone due to Nationstar's policy of not transferring calls. Every 3 months I was asked to send Bank statement and utility bill, I did.

I contacted Nationstar numerous times to get information regarding the status of my loan modification. No one was able to help me, no one would answer my questions regarding the status of the loan mod. Finally on agent answered and say "I am sorry your house is at the auction for auctionning. She would not provide me with any more information.

I called the auction.com people and was told "No one bought it so the bank has it"

I have been served with an Unlawful Detainer and I have responded to it. My court daye is September 1, 2015 in Moreno Valley,Ca Bldg D.

What can I do to get my home back? I have no idea what happened to the loan modification.

A few months ago our loan on a home purchased for my disabled son was sold for the third time to NationStar mortgage. The home has been occupied by him for 3 or 4years. For the first time ever, our insurance carrier notified us that the homeowners insurance had not been paid and they cancelled the policy.

Attempts to speak to a human being are futile. For insurance issues, they have a canned phone message that you have to call multiple times to get correct e-mail address, and you MUST put an inquiry via e-mail. YOu must have a pin # and an oddball e-mail address. I followed through and they are "checking into it", apparently. since then I have e-mailed at least three times to the company directly to pay the darned insurance. The money is in the escrow account, and ALL the insurance information was on the oddball e-mail address, except for our insurance agent. They ahve the company, the amount due, the policy number and everything else they would need to make payment as it goes directly to the insurance company!

In frustration, I sent another e-mail to the company direct telling them that this matter is very important, and they MUST make payment and how disatisfied I am. Got a very odd response today asking me to be patient, due to the "nature of my issue" it will require a special investigation and I am to be patient another 7 days.

I feel totally ripped off. They are sitting on our money that needs to be paid to our insurance company, drawing interest I am sure, while my son is uninsured. What should happen if there were a fire? What happens if someone is injured on the sidewalk? Will they do this same thing when it's time to pay taxes, and result in a lien on the house? Will my disabled son be homeless? I am irate, and rightfully so.
